Absolutely great farmhouse , owner friendly, well-equipped kitchen spacious common room . The hot tub, the sauna were all set. We will definitely be back soon.

The place was great-all brand new, clean, and tastefully decorated. We appreciate the self-checkin, which was simple and practical, as well as great communication with the host, who was very responsive and responsive. Unfortunately, we encountered a disruptive renovation in the apartment unit next door – the noise was also heard during the Easter holidays, which was unpleasant. Of course, we understand that this is not the fault of the host, but rather the consequence of the inconsideration of the other tenants. The only small recommendation – it might be nice to have a few extra towels available. Otherwise, everything is perfectly fine and thank you so much for checking in. We'd love to keep recommending! 😊

We were 7 in the climbing area of Bor (near Machov, Czech Republic) and stayed at the accommodation very inexpensive and comfortable, very great! The hosts live not far away in a house and have communicated very nicely with us. There was wood for heating at your disposal, which was pleasant. However, not all radiators in the rooms worked, which was a bit unfavorable when falling asleep. In addition, we were told that the amount of electricity included in the price is limited, which we perceived as something uncomfortable, as we did not know if such as the infrared sauna can be used free of charge. We knew that towels and kitchen towels are not included, which was not a problem but also no advantage. All in all a great stay and we would definitely visit the place again if we vacation in the area again.

A nice apartment with everything you need, located in the old town of Broumov. Quiet neighborhood and a great base for trips around the Czech and Polish mountains.
