Very easy to reach - Weimar World Cultural City with Buchenwald, Erfurt, Jena with Goethe and Schiller, as well as an environment with lots of greenery and a mild climate. Saale cycling trail about 500 m away.

The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

Both Kulmbach and Kronach are about 15 minutes by car, a bus stop is right at your doorstep. Parking is available free of charge. In good weather, the garden can be used for barbecues.
