Les bords de la Loire , les vignobles de l'Anjou et la côte vendéenne à environ 1 heure . Elle est située à proximité de tous commerces ( Alimentation, Boulangerie, Pizzeria, Pharmacie etc... )

Welcome to our home! It is with discretion and good humor that we welcome you to our apartment located above our house and in the countryside. The apartment has a completely independent entrance and two parking spaces! Equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and toilet as well as a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed in the living room. Linens and towels are not provided. We ask that you do a minimum of cleaning with the essentials provided.

Welcome to our home The studio (15 m²) overlooks our garden, you will be quiet there. It is equipped with a kitchen and shower room. The ceiling is low (1.95 m). Access is through our garden. Depending on the season, garden produce and fresh eggs will await you. You are a 5-minute walk from Oriental Park and Château Colbert. My cottage is located in the middle of the fields on the edge of the Nuaillé-Chanteloup-Vezins forest, in an old renovated farmhouse. 5 minutes from a CHOLET shopping area, nearby - Puy du Fou Park, 29 km - Maulévrier Oriental Garden, 10 km - less than an hour's drive from Angers, Nantes, La Roche-sur-Yon, - and 1 hour 15 minutes from the seaside at Les Sables d'Olonne. You'll love my place for its tranquility, for couples and families (with kids).
