Nice apartment located between Cholet and Maulévrier!

Welcome to our home! It is with discretion and good humor that we welcome you to our apartment located above our house and in the countryside. The apartment has a completely independent entrance and two parking spaces! Equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and toilet as well as a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed in the living room. Linens and towels are not provided. We ask that you do a minimum of cleaning with the essentials provided.

The stable gite is for 4 people. It is located on our farm with views of the Angevine countryside and the stable. A 25 m² living room. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, induction hob, Senseo espresso coffee maker Upstairs the shower room and separate toilet and two bedrooms. Each has two beds, one 90 x 200 space that can be combined to form large beds of 180 x 200 Fully air-conditioned cottage. Sheets are provided BEDS MADE OPTION for €15

Quiet and spacious cottage for nature lovers

At the foot of a large pine tree on the outskirts of the Sèvre Nantaise, you will have a large accommodation (127 m2) in a completely renovated former industrial building with stunning views of the countryside. From the cottage, you can hike along the banks of the Sèvre to the Château de Barbe Bleue and then relax on the terrace while watching the sunset. In the heart of the grove near Puy du Fou, you can also enjoy the tourist activities of Cholet.

Getaway on a cabin deck

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

You will stay in a 60m2 appartment, ground floor. 2 bedrooms , 3 beds (two double, one single), kitchen, sitting room that opens onto a nice small closed garden, only for this flat. Linen included. Towells not included. Coffee, tea, herbal tea available. Please note that the house is in a little town, very active economicaly, therefore the road in front of the house can be busy esp. early in the morning, during the week ! .
