Holiday rentals with a patio in Mavrikiano

Wir hatten eine unglaubliche schöne Zeit in Tertsa, es ist perfekt wenn man nach einem ruhigen ort zum Entspannen sucht. Der wunderschöne Strand ist direkt gegenüber vom Haus und alle Einwohner sind sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich schnell zuhause und wird von allen gegrüßt. Poppy hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, sie kochte für uns ganz viel leckeres Essen, was uns bei unserer Ankunft erwartete. Sie ist immer schnell zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich, die tollste Gastgeberin die man sich nur vorstellen könnte! Der Garten und die Terrasse ist auch wunderschön und man ist nah an der Natur!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und total sauber. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und die Terrasse ist ein Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war immer schnell, nett und hilfreich. Alles war perfekt

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich. Wir wurden sogar um 2:00 Uhr nachts noch persönlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Der Pool war richtig toll und was auch toll war: Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr gut um den Pool. Wir hatten am Tag nach unserer Ankunft heftigen Sahara Regen und überall war roter Staub / Sand. Der Pool war entsprechend auch schmutzig und der Vermieter hat echt den ganzen Tag daran gearbeitet den Pool wieder sauber zu bekommen. So dass wir den Pool auch noch 2x nutzen konnten, bevor wir in den Westen von Kreta weitergezogen sind. Die Wohnung hat gute Fliegengitter, so das keine Insekten in die Wohnung können, außer durch die Wohnungstür. :D Es gab nur einen Nachteil an der Wohnung. Sie ist wirklich hellhörig. Also Geräusche kommen in der Wohnung relativ laut rüber. Wir haben zu viert in der Wohnung geschlafen, das hat schon ein wenig gestört. Ohrenstöpsel waren eine gute Lösung. :D

Super appartement très luxueux. pleins de petites attentions pour se sentir bien dès notre arrivée. Quartier juste à côté du centre. Tout était parfait Merci pour tout

Nous venons de passer 13 jours en Crète et en revenons enchantés. L'appartement proposé a été conforme à nos attentes et aux photos sur le site. Excellentes vacances dûes à la localisation et à l'accueil de nos hôtes. Quelle vue magnifique depuis la terrasse, encore plus belle qu'elle n'y paraît sur les photos. La mer présente des reflets avec différents bleus à couper le souffle. Quel plaisir le matin de déjeuner avec le lever du soleil. Un vrai paradis ! L'endroit est calme au milieu de la nature. La célèbre plage de sable de Voulisma est accessible à pied en moins de 15 minutes. Appartement très propre, cuisine bien équipée et très bonne literie : important. Situation idéale pour visiter Agios, Sitia, Lerapetra, Elounda. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Dimitri malgré notre arrivée tardive et petits biscuits pour le lendemain. Sa femme nous a donné plusieurs fois des légumes, et même petits cadeaux avant le départ. Hôtes disponibles, discrets et vraiment charmants !

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Direkt am Strand. Blick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft, wir haben es genossen jeden Morgen da zu frühstücken. Das Auto konnte man problemlos auf der Straße abstellen. Würden die Wohnung jede Zeit wieder buchen ohne wenn und aber.

We enjoyed a fantastic four days in Aris’ place, the views of the plateau and mountains are just beautiful! We felt right at home, and it was lovely to have Aris and his wife physically there at check in, a rarity these days! The images really don’t do this place justice, it is up some winding roads but we were prepared for that having visited the plateau in 2012. We can’t recommend staying here more, we really wish we’d have booked a longer stay! Aris had a fantastic hire car recommendation too, which was also great, and we had some amazing recommendations from them too. Thank you very much Aris!

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Auch die Nachbarn haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen und hat alles was man braucht. Am Morgen konnten wir unseren Kaffee direkt am Meer genießen, welches sich nur über die Straße befindet. Die nächst größere Stadt ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Taverne direkt nebenan ist auch sehr lecker und zu empfehlen. Ebenso auch die kleine Bar gegenüber, tolle Atmosphäre direkt am Meer. Die Kommunikation mit Katerina war sehr gut. Schnelle und hilfreiche Antwort. Wir bedanken uns für eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder zurück.

My stay at the beach house in Pachia Ammos felt like stepping into a quiet dream. The house was just as shown in the pictures — and somehow even more beautiful, embraced by the serene rhythm of the sea and the gentle charm of a peaceful neighborhood. Each morning, I woke to the whisper of waves and a view so breathtaking it felt like time stood still. The warmth of the locals made the experience even richer, and our host Marilou was the soul of it all — gracious, generous, and sincerely kind. I left a part of my heart by the shore, and I know I’ll return someday

Unsere 10 Tage Ferien konnten wir dank Dimitris hilfreichen Tips und Ratschlägen sehr genießen. Die kleine Wohnung hatte alles für einen schönen Aufenthalt Die sehr ruhige Umgebung und die Nähe zum eigenen Strand und Garten hat uns sehr gefallen. Dimitris hat uns bei allen Anliegen sehr gut unterstützt. Über die Geschenke die wir bekommen haben haben wir uns sehr gefreut.

Wir haben uns sehr wohgefühlt. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der Terrasse verbracht. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet - für ein einfaches Frühstück und Essen findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hatten sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten und Obst bereitgestellt. Sie haben uns auch eine nette Nachricht mit Ausflugstipps geschickt. Wir haben uns sofort in den Diaskari Beach verliebt - ein nicht so überlaufener (jedenfalls Anfang Juni) Strand, ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt mit einer netten Taverne und Hängematten am Strand.

This place was amazing. Stunning views, private beach, everything you need to stay for a while and relax. Exactly what we were looking for.

Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub, wir konnten uns in dem schönen Haus super erholen die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Wenn wir Hilfe benötigten war immer jemand zu erreichen. Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.☺️

Casa Riza was a five star home away from home. The house itself is beautifully situated in the mountains, with the most glorious views through huge (clean) glass picture windows ensuring you make the most of the crystal blue seas and cloudless skies every day. We found it to be the most stylish home with immaculately maintained amenities, flowers on the coffee table (changed halfway through our stay!) - and it was all exceptionally clean and welcoming. Decoratively it was mix of old and new, making it homely and perfectly functional for a family of four. The pool was cold - but that didn’t stop the kids using it several times a day. Our hosts were amazing - we had tonnes of helpful, local recommendations and a food shop done for us with everything we needed, plus treats like Easter eggs for the kids and local jams and honeys - all laid out when we arrived. If you’re planning a trip to Crete I highly recommend staying here, a visit to Milonas gorge and Tersa beach also 5 star! ♥️

וואו! נסענו למסיבת רווקות 4 בנות והיה פשוט מדהים! ג׳ורג׳ עוד הרבה לפני הנסיעה דיבר איתי בווצאפ והיה זמין לכל השאלות שלי. הזמין לנו מונית מהשדה תעופה שהגיעה בדיוק בזמן והכל היה מאוד ברור דרך הווצאפ. גם בכניסה לנכס ג׳ורג׳ קיבל אותנו, לקח מזוודות ( עד לצ׳ק אין) ושמר עליהם בחדר מאובטח. הנכס מהמם ומתאים בדיוק,נעים,נקי,שכונה שקטה וממש ליד כל הכיף - מרחק הליכה של חמש דק בדיוק. קנה לנו קצת דברים לנשנש שחיכו לנו בחדר, היה תמיד זמין לשאלות והמלצות עבורנו ואפילו עשה לי ממש טובה ולקח אותי טרמפ למסאז שהזמין לי מראש באיזור. באמת שהיה פשוט מושלם. ממליצה ממש לכל מי שרוצה לנקות את הראש ולקבל שירות אמין ומקצועי מעל ומעבר.

We loved this home. The huge terrace and view are so amazing. We spent lots of time on the nice patio furniture outside enjoying it. We also loved the pool. You can walk to a few spots in the area for dinner and we really enjoyed the patio bar at the hotel next door. Fun spot. Across the street was Pegasus Dive and boat rental. It was so nice to walk there and rent a small boat to see the town from the water. The town is really nice and the perfect size place to explore. We spent a week here and another week in Chania area. Thanks for sharing your home. I would highly recommend it

We just stayed for one night. It was a great stay and the apartment has everything that you might need, coffee machine, washing machine etc. We were welcomed with some Raki and bottled water. Internet worked well. Loved it

Ένα πολύ καλό δωμάτιο σε ήσυχο σημείο στην άκρη της Χερσονήσου, καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο για κάθε ανάγκη. Οι διάφορες μικρές πινελιές το κάνουν να ξεχωρίζει. Το check in και out εύκολο και βολικό. Ο Βαγγέλης μας ήταν εκεί για κάθε εξυπηρέτηση, ευγενικός και ευχάριστος. Τα κεράσματα μας έκανα να νιώσουμε ευπρόσδεκτοι και ξεκίνησαν την διαμονή μας ευχάριστα. Θα κλείναμε ξανά το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο και το προτείνουμε.

I'm joining all the previous comments: the apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable in all aspects (good bedding, big shower, enough equipment in the kitchen, good WiFi, etc ), and Nikos' parents were lovely people who made me feel.welcome. The apartment is very central, and super close to a very nice little beach. It can be a bit noisy during the day because you're in the city center, with narrow and steep streets, but at night it was dead quiet. Parking can be challenging for the same reasons, but I've always found a spot eventually.

Wunderschönes großzügiges Apartment mit tollem modernen Design und mit einem einzigartigen Meerblick vom Balkon (Meer nur ca. 20 Meter entfernt). Alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist extrem freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Gegend gibt es viele gute Restaurants alle in Laufnähe. Der kostenlose Parkplatz am Meer war ebenfalls perfekt. Von dort benötigt man lediglich 5 Minuten zum Apartment. Die zwar schöne Bar in der Nähe der Schlafzimmer war immer gut besucht und dementsprechend war es dort schon laut bis in die Nacht. Es ist Geschmacksache, aber die Betten waren uns zu hart. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und immer gemütlich auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt.

Giannis est l'hospitalité, la gentillesse et la générosité incarnées et un hôte particulièrement attentionné. L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité de la plage, de commerces et restaurants, le centre ville étant à environ 15 mn à pied. La vue du balcon est magnifique ! Sans doute un des meilleurs accueils de Crète, nous recommandons 😊

Excellent location, very clean and large apartment Comfortable beds, good quality air conditioning that is adjustable in each rooms Provided a travel cot and high chair for our baby which was very helpful Few steps up into the apartment, but then there is a lift to get luggage up Beautiful view, unfortunately the balcony was out of action for our stay as they were replacing the railing with a glass one - this did make it a challenge to dry clothes, but hopefully wont be an issue for others. Kitchen is pretty sparsely equipped, though we didn't need to do much cooking. Would have been good to have some cupboard essentials provided that you don't want to have to buy like condiments, coffee, oil, salt and pepper etc.
