Nice cottage in Laval "cabin spirit"

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

Discover nature, for an unusual and minimalist stay for 2 or with family in the heart of the Mayennaise countryside. Located on the family farm, the Tiny is a 10-minute walk to the village supermarket. If you feel like it, mountain bikes can be provided to explore the 31 km of surrounding hiking trails (€5 per day regardless of the number of bikes). From the rooster to the donkeys, they will all be there to welcome you.

The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.
