In winter, a free ski bus stops in front of the door and takes you to the mountain railway. A restaurant is right next door. Shopping facilities can be found in the surrounding area in Finkenberg or Mayrhofen. We don't have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

The Distelberg is known for beautiful hikes & tours by bike, as well as refreshments. We are happy to provide a high chair & a crib.

In the local dialect "blaekat" means simple and straightforward. Our new apartment building impresses with its simple materials – concrete and wood. This apartement is very spacious and accommodates two people. Relax on the large balcony and enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. On the third floor, you'll find a sauna area with a relaxation room and a gym. A covered parking space with an electric vehicle charging station is available

During my studies, I rent out my well-kept and spacious condominium in a quiet location – ideal for those who appreciate nature, relaxation and good accessibility. Location & surroundings: • Quiet, green surroundings with beautiful views of the mountains • Train station about an 8-minute walk The bus stop is a 4-minute walk away • The Horbergbahn (Mayrhofner Bergbahnen) is only 5 minutes away by car – ideal for skiing or hiking
