The Kaiserfleckerl was completed in 2021. When designing the house, and in particular, the sustainability and the love for the detial were particularly important. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed, it is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. The gondola in the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area can be reached in 5 minutes by free ski bus or by car. Luxurious chalet on the edge of the forest with private jacuzzi

Specially designed – like the South Tyrolean nature. Lots of silver quartz from the Pfitschtal (unique worldwide) and with very calming qualities and a lot of wood. And the luxury is in the Foreground. The chalet offers two double rooms with private bathroom and a large living room with kitchen, a nice terrace with a view of the forest and a private jacuzzi. A Finnish sauna, relaxation rooms and a sunbathing meadow are also available for shared use.
