The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

It offers quick access to wine taverns and restaurants as well as local hiking trails. The former Mayschoß train station is within walking distance, approx. 10 minutes away, from which the buses currently run (rail replacement transport). The accommodation includes a car parking space

Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach the center with restaurants, drugstore and other shopping. You can easily park your car in the rear courtyard in the private parking lot.
