We love staying at Jody’s place! This was our second time staying and it was just as good as we remembered! We love the lake and the kayaks that are provided. The fire pit is fun to hang out and relax at and the yard and play area was a bonus with our granddaughter this time. Jody has EVERYTHING you might need and I love all the notes and instructions. The cabinets are all labeled if you are looking for something. Highly recommended. Such a great host!

This house is PERFECT! I run events in Alaska that require me to fly up 12 or so performers and renting Sashas house made my life 100x easier. The house is perfect, spacious and very easy to get to. Richard was a wonderful host and his home is in the most gorgeous setting! Close to the nature center and you are totally in nature. The place had everything we needed and the two rooms both have doors so this worked really well for our two daughters. Basically for our family of four we used it as two bedrooms and then the large hallway is open to a nice kitchen table and has a generous sized bathroom and small kitchen off of the hallway. Richard was so kind and set up two futons for us so our daughters didn’t have to share and could close a door. He also added a nice thick foam pad on top of the futons so they were extremely comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was large. His washer and dryer worked great too! We appreciate how well we were treated and would stay with Richard again. Thank you Richard!!!

Amazing stay as always! This was our 3rd time staying and I can’t recommend it enough. Beautiful cabin in a beautiful place! The back yard is immaculate with lots of room for our pups to run. Thanks Scott for another amazing trip!

It was a pleasure staying at Amy’s place. I especially appreciated her letting me bring my trailer with permission. Also the personal use of a full sized fridge was great for prepping and freezing a bunch of food for my long journey.

This was a great stay on our way out of Alaska via the Glenn Allen Hwy! Cozy and clean cabin!! We enjoyed our wood stove warmth and especially all the books in this great little library! Outhouse was clean and probably a 1 minute walk from your front door. We enjoyed the wooded privacy and convenience of our stay. Alyssa was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our questions, and she was super accommodating when we had a change of plans! I would definitely recommend this authentic Alaskan cabin stay.

Very large spacious apartment. Was everything you need. Nice garden with a grill. Great location in a very nice residential area.

We had a great time staying at the cabin. Our kids loved the paddleboats and building a fire by the lake. William was fast to respond to our questions and gave us a lot of great recommendations about fishing and trails around the cabin. We will be back for sure!

This is a wonderful private retreat where you can enjoy nature, and peace and quiet. The host responded quickly to every question that we had. Highly recommend!

This was the second time I've stayed at Donna and Johnnie's place while in town for work. It is quiet, has a lovely view, and feels safe. Great mattress and comfortable furnishings with everything you need. I look forward to staying here again.

Barry is one of the kindest people I’ve met in my 3.5 years living in AK. You won’t find a more gracious host. The space was perfect for what we needed even for an extended stay. The surrounding area is beautiful and there’s lots to do in the valley.

We very lucky to met Mary and stayed her house. She prepared a local delicious dinner and lovely breakfast for our 8 persons group. We all enjoyed that special home make dinner and breakfast with fresh garden seasonal vegetables from Mary. We all appreciated her hard working and friendly assistance during we stayed at her home. This place was so peaceful and relaxing. We visited for my granddaughter high school graduation.We were able to enjoy the time spent watching the eagle and viewing the snow covered mountain tops.The grandkids were able to run around the property ,and fish.The weather was amazing.All needs were addressed by text message.The owners were near by and Kevin was amazing with assisting with car keys being lock in the car.lol.A calming spirit is positioned all over this place.And I thank God for the opportunity to feel his presence.

Brandy's place was easy to find with easy instructions to get in. The sleeping areas were just what we needed: a double bed for my son and daughter-in-law and a cozy single bed for me. Both were very comfortable. We enjoyed the large screen TV and washer/dryer. There was plenty of room for us. The bathroom was very clean and amply supplied with toiletries. We had a bit of trouble at first with Wi-Fi but Brandy was very quick to rectify that. Parking was great, right next to stairs leading to our quarters. The location was very close to restaurants and routes to things to see and do. Also, we enjoyed interacting with the chickens :) Certainly peaceful surroundings with nice views. Would certainly stay there again!!

This B&B was one of the highlights of our Alaska trip. Rooms were spacious. with large and super clean bathrooms. One room had a tub and shower, the other a shower. There is a nice library/sitting room and a kitchen well stocked with fruit, yogurt , and nice banana loaves. Highly recommend this facility.
