The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

Dear guests, the light-flooded lovingly furnished apartment has been located on the 2nd floor since 07/10/24., two-party house (separate entrance with key box). The bathroom is new (July 2024). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, sink, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, microwave. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed 180 × 200 cm. There is also a dressing room located behind a decorative glass sliding door.

It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 has to be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.
