Whether you want to spend a weekend with your family or you need a home base for three months. Embedded within the famous Wundsam Palace Stadiongasse 6-8 you will find what you are looking for. A two winged apartment on 206 m² with up to 10 sleeps in 4 sleeping rooms and one grand living room. The close proximity to the Parliament, the Town Hall and the famous Kunst- and Naturhistorisches Museum are just few of many step stones, which you will find provided on your path to an exclusive stay in imperial Vienna. The two winged Wiener Suite is suited with four bedrooms, a fine dining / living room, two bathrooms and one kitchen for each wing. If needed, the Grüner Salon may also be fitted as fifth sleeping room. Guest are welcome to use everything they can find in the apartment as guest normally do. I will be reachable on my telephone at all times if any assistance is needed. The building is located in the political center of Vienna between the historic town hall and the parliament. It one of the earlier buildings planed by Otto Wagner, one of the most influential Viennese architects. There is the Subway Station Rathaus U2 and the Tram Lines 1, 2, 71 and D within three minutes of walking. Parking is recommended at the Parkgarage am Museumsquartier for 8 € / Day. If it is needed to take the garbage out, then you will find the possibility to deposit mixed garbage and paper within the house. Paper: If you enter the house, then you will see a door on ground level just to your left. Here you will find 3 bins for paper only. Mixed garbage: If you go down the first stair where the paper is deposited and then to your right, then you will find the waste room to your right in the first patio. Glas is deposited publicly just opposite of the house entrance.

Cosy 2 bedroom apartment super central but calm

Please Note that we Need to Talk about the Check in Check out Time This place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Also the green prater is just 7 min away if u dig more nature. Close by to hundertwasserhaus, schwedenplatz, city center, Stadtpark and theater, American embassy, wien Mitte the mall(shop open Mon-Sunday!) If u want you get borrow my bicycle ( with children seat in the back) too. It’s a kids friendly place.but also friendly without kids:)

A little too much decoration for my taste, but that also makes it personal on the other side. Our contact with Nadja was super straightforward. If we are in the area again, happy to come again!

In my opinion, Box 58 is better than described. You immediately feel comfortable, as everything is very tastefully and practically furnished. The outdoor area with the small terrace is very cozy and when it gets cold, a heater screen helps. The location was very good for me due to the tranquility. The communication was as it should be. I will be happy to come back.

Agata is a super host! Communication with the host was perfect. Extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment and the surroundings are both beautiful! Large garden, chirping birds, quiet neighborhood and friendly pets. :) The apartment is extremely clean, homely and well equipped. It has everything, even for longer trips. Tulln, Vienna and Sankt Pölten are also nearby. A great starting point in any direction. :) We definitely recommend and will be back!

Jeff is an amazing person and his apartment is gorgeous, large, full of paintings and huge room flowers. although the apartment is in the center, it was very quiet to sleep; in the morning we even heard birds singing in the trees in the courtyard. Somehow the whole family loved the breakfast Jeff prepared for us. if you are going to Vienna and hotels will discourage you with the price, Jeff offers a fantastic accommodation in an originally furnished apartment. I really recommend it.

Very good concept with beautiful rooms and great living room/living room/kitchen in the attic, where also the great breakfast takes place. Vegan people were also very well taken care of. Everything is very tasteful and cozy. Location is great, you can both park well and use public transport. Nadine is a great host, very eager and always easily accessible. We will definitely come back!
