There were 4 of us here. And it was very nice. Quietly located, the kitchen very well equipped and the communication with the landlords was very good.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and very spacious. Giulio is a nice and proactive host. All around great!

“Isabelle” at Huberhof is a beautiful, and spacious apartment with a lovely private balcony. The rooms are large, and the kitchen and living area have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host, Isabelle, was very helpful from check-in to check-out with great recommendations and was very prompt with her communication. Highly recommended ☺️👍🏼

We were thrilled with our stay…almost overwhelmed. The pictures did not do it justice. The view left us speechless. Very nicely equipped-everything. Enjoying coffee in the morning and a glass of the great wine discovered in the surrounding area in the comfortable outdoor furniture was the perfect start and end to our days. The neighbors were all friendly and a joy to meet. Highlights were the Rebe wine trail their the area vineyard. It started in Signat, a small nearby village (with a must-try restaurant, Albergo Signaterhof) and ended 500m down the vineyards at (almost) the bottom of the hill. Stunning. We ended at the small church in St. Justina, and waited for the bus to take us back up the hill. Next to the bus stop was a nice winery, Loacker, that quenched our thirst after walking through vineyards. We will be back!

The stay at Klaudia was great. The apartment is in the right location between the historic center and residential areas conveniently accessible by car, just minutes from the station and the exit of the ring road (without the negative effects of noise or anything else). Internally it is very nice and particularly clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Klaudia is very efficient in communicating, kind and available for any clarification. Definitely recommended.

Very nice apartment in a fantastic location in the middle of Merano. The apartment was really sparkling clean and we felt very comfortable there. When you step out of the front door, you are directly in the old town and can reach everything on foot. Due to the location in the courtyard, it is still very quiet. The free parking was also a great benefit, as parking in Merano is quite difficult and expensive. Suggestions for improvement: Proper blackout curtains would be great, it was quite bright in the morning. In addition, there is only one air conditioner in the living room. That is, if you want to have the bedrooms cool, you have to leave the doors open. The larger bedroom also only has windows to the staircase/courtyard, so not to the outside. For us, that was not a problem, if you use the apartment with several people it may be a bit unfortunate.

Communicative, polite and helpful host. Clean, cozy and suitable house for two people. Quiet location. A great apartment to experience the Non Valley in peace!

Cozy apartment in a quite place!

We had a great week in this apartment. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the village, and Fondo surprised us with its welcoming atmosphere and the beauty of the surroundings. The area is ideal for those who love winter hiking, with breathtaking views and many trails. We had a really good time and hope to be back soon!

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views from the terrace and a highly convenient location. There are even three bedrooms with very comfy beds! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Daniel was a fantastic host, very responsive and the place was easy to check in and out of. The place also came with wine that we were able to enjoy on the balcony at no extra cost! Very friendly neighbours and dogs! We stayed for a week and had a great time.

The hospitality and availability we found was exemplary. They made us feel at home. The apartment is large, clean and very comfortable. We have awarded the maximum score, but it also deserves a plus. Highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful! Waking up in the morning looking at the mountains and the valley in absolute silence is fantastic. A great way to get out of town. Erich is also very nice and available to give the necessary directions to get around.

This beautiful gem in Merano is beyond wonderful - we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! Veronika and Jakob met us to help us find the parking area and give us the keys - and then Jakob helped us into the apartment and he was incredibly kind - he gave us incredible recommendations we would certainly not have found by ourselves. The space is so lovely and relaxing, even more gorgeous than the pictures - beautiful light through windows, classy antiques, and just very nicely curated space. The kitchen has everything you need, bed was quite comfortable and the sunrooms (yes two!) are delightful for reading. Everything is sparkling clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, it’s so quiet yet you can walk directly into the heart of town in minutes or meander around what is a lovely charming neighborhood. Close grocery, walkable to the base of hiking trails, restaurants and shopping in most directions. Absolutely lovely! ✨

Especially great was the possibility to use the jacuzzi as well as to use the indoor swimming pool + sauna (highly recommended) in the AquaForum. Thank you very much and only recommended!!

I stayed with 2 friends while exploring the dolomite mountains and it was perfect! A lovely clean apartment with a great outdoor area and only a short walk from some lovely restaurants and shops. Lidia was very helpful and greeted us on arrival as well as helping with any questions we had during the stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Great apartment for exploring Brixen and the wider Dolomites region. Alex communicated clearly and met us for checkin to show us round. The apartment is large, spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside space, pool and hot tub are great spaces to hang around in. Only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide an iron.

Everything was perfect

We chose the place for a few days of relaxation. Lake Tennes is super, 5 minutes' walk via a footpath (with steep stairs) directly behind the house or 3 minutes by MTB. Spent 2 days at the lake - including swimming and took a very nice MTB bike tour (Vespana Tour no. 740). Highly recommended - especially the stop at the San Pietro mountain hut. Dining options in the small village of Tenno are limited, but a few minutes by car you can reach nicer restaurants. The kitchen in the apartment is super equipped and we mostly took care of ourselves and enjoyed our food on the large terrace. Also very nice pool area - all around the grounds are much larger than you can see in the photos and in the description. We can only confirm the other positive reviews. Very nice apartment, clean and spacious and very nice hosts. There's even a way to charge the electric car right by the house.

Thank you Nicola, for a great stay! The apartment was immaculate, impeccably clean and well equipped with everything I needed. I felt at home. I also found the terrace for breakfast very nice. The construction noise was a bit disturbed, but due to the holiday and the following weekend, this was only incidental. The bed was very comfortable and the oversized duvet was an extra highlight. The pool was also very nice to look at, just the water was still cold to try the pool. But even in Lake Garda at max. I'm not in 17°C. I also liked the safe storage for bicycles very much. I would have liked to dispose of my garbage myself, in the absence of a representation/photo, unfortunately I did not know where to go with it. I would love to stay here again! Kind regards, Michael

We stayed there for a week with our dog and it was a dream! The system is very clean and really very well maintained. We felt completely comfortable, the view is fantastic. For most activities you need a car, which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

Burgi & Willi are excellent hosts, warm, open, communicative, available at any time, we felt immediately comfortable. The apartment is🔝. The view from the balcony, kitchen and from the pool into the beautiful mountains is a dream. It is quiet, the birds chirping, the crickets chirping, pure relaxation. We can only recommend this place.
