Very cozy apartment

The cozy apartment consists of a room with en-suite shower room and a small kitchenette. We live on the edge of the Westerwald, where you can find a lot. There are swimming lakes, forest hiking trails, castles, a wooden stream gorge, canoeing on the Lahn and much more. The city of Limburg can be reached in 16 km and the city of Weilburg in 8 km. Nearest supermarket is 2 km away. On Saturdays there are fresh cakes, bread, milk, eggs and cheese to buy in the nearby farm estate.

Lots of space (300qm) in Weilburg

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

Ideal and spacious living in the countryside

Our apartment Rosenstein (70 square meters) in the Weilburg district of Kubach is located in a quiet residential area. It offers a parking space and a storage space for bicycles. The apartment has a separate entrance as well as a spacious terrace and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The shopping is very good, as bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore and a fast food restaurant are only a few hundred meters away.

Pure relaxation with the family, on a business trip or just for a break in the countryside. Located directly on the field/forest edge. From here you can directly access many hiking trails. Close to Weilburg an der Lahn with boat rentals, the picturesque castle and the unique ship tunnel. 5-minute walk to the village community house Löhnberger Lilie. A barrel sauna can be booked for an extra charge of €50 per day, on request and subject to availability.

Vacation home peace and quiet

Our apartment "Ruhe und Erholung" (110 sqm) in the Weilburg district of Kubach is situated in a quiet location directly on the outskirts. It offers a parking space. Bicycles can be parked. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a large balcony and wide views of nature. Two spacious bedrooms can accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. Close to shopping. Weilburg and the Lahn Valley offer many leisure and recreational opportunities.

The apartment has been newly renovated and is located directly above a gym with beautiful sauna that you can also use as a guest of the accommodation. The apartment is characterized by a super bright, beautiful living / dining room with new kitchen and large balcony. If you are interested in visiting the gym or sauna: no problem at all! Just let them know and the staff will be notified so they can use the studio to their fullest extent.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

THE small HUT - hiking. biking. experience nature.

In the rough Oberwesterwald directly at the wild and romantic Holzbach Gorge, where the Holzbach has dug its bed into the basalt over the millennia, the days are simply different. Longer, more eventful, more relaxing. Feel at home here and experience a special place to recharge your batteries, strength and inspiration. Fire pit and kettle grill are available. Towels and sheets on request.

Charming, small guest house with terrace.

For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. A roll mattress can be used for children. No TV, no closet. Located one street from the Lahn. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
