HAPPY SOLO SEASIDE STUDIO

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Bienvenue dans notre gîte, récemment rénové, à Kerzine un authentique hameau situé entre terre et mer sur la commune de Plouhinec dans le Morbihan. Nous vous proposons un séjour en famille ou entre amis dans un environnement calme, verdoyant et préservé. Les belles plages de l’océan arborant le pavillon bleu et sentiers côtiers sont accessibles à pied par le GR34 qui longe la maison. À mi-chemin entre Auray et Lorient venez découvrir cette magnifique région et vous ressourcer.

La Cidrerie, haven between countryside & ocean

On appelle ce lieu “La Cidrerie” parce qu’à l’origine, il servait réellement à la fabrication du cidre. Autrefois, on y pressait les pommes, on y faisait fermenter le jus dans des tonneaux, produisait, stockait et dégustait le cidre. En observant attentivement l’entrée, on peut remarquer dans la pierre des traces d’usure caractéristiques : ce sont les marques laissées par le passage répété des tonneaux de cidre. Le nom, ces marques sont comme des témoins silencieux du passé.

Completely renovated farmhouse in the town center, close to all shops, beaches and a city park (petanque court, basketball, ping ping pong...) Plouhinec is a small town that is part of the large dune site, Gâvres, Quiberon. 2 beaches have the Pavillon Bleu label. You can fully enjoy the surroundings as it is located not far from Carnac Quiberon, Larmor Plage, Lorient, Port Louis... Many activities and hikes are nearby. Tourist office about 250 m away.

The farmhouse (facing south) is located on Riantec, in a charming village close to the picturesque and green site of the chapel of Saint Jean. Recently and completely renovated, we did everything to keep its authenticity. You will enjoy the calm of the countryside, near the sea: the small sea of Gâvres is a 5-minute drive, the Gâvres peninsula, its beaches and Port-Louis are 8 minutes away. We (or someone from our family) will be there to welcome you.

Welcome to our beautiful stone home renovated with natural materials and traditional techniques, respecting its old character. Located 50 meters from the port, it is divided into three independent apartments, each occupying one floor. The layout designed by us has been designed to optimize the space and give you as much comfort as possible.

We offer a 20 m2 studio adjoining our family home 300 meters from the beach. We would like to point out that our garden is currently under construction. The work in progress is not noisy. Access to the studio is independent of our house, it is via a small tree-lined path. You will have access to a shaded terrace. You can park in front of our house to drop off your luggage. To park your car, you have free parking 200 meters away.
