Face à la mer, adorable maison de 70 m2. Idéale pour un séjour en couple (ou 4 pers grâce à la banquette-lit) Face à la mer et à 200 mètres des commerces, la maison est idéalement située. Profitez du jardin ou découvrez le charme du Golfe du Morbihan, ses plages, le sentier côtiers ainsi que les villes de Vannes, Auray, Carnac, La Trinité … Et si le temps est frais, profitez du poêle Je serai ravie de vous accueillir, vous présenter les lieux et partager quelques bonnes adresses locales.

In a cul-de-sac, bus stop 200 m, close to shops 700 m, Port Louis 2 km, you can take the batobus to get to Lorient (15 min) or Gâvres (10 min). Ground floor living room, 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 160 and 1 bed of 140) shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 140, 1 bed of 90 and 1 baby bed), mezzanine with sofa, shower room, separate toilet.

Locjean est une ancienne maison traditionnelle entièrement rénovée sur 2 niveaux. Elle est très lumineuse et débouche sur une grande terrasse entourée de verdure. Parking juste devant la maison. Elle est située au calme, dans un secteur préservé et à proximité des plages.( voir photos et légendes) La petite mer de Gâvres et ses sentiers côtiers sont à 1km de la location. Commerces, restaurants à proximité immédiate.(pizzeria, boulangerie et supermarché bio à 750 m).
