With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

Experience Leipzig from this stylish 2-room feel-good oasis and be right in the middle of it instead of just there at a distance of only 350 m walk from Augustusplatz & the city center! Whether sightseeing and shopping in the city center, visiting museums or taking a trip to the “KarLi” bar mile. Explore the entire city on foot from this unbeatably central location. If you want to visit one of the numerous lakes or trendy neighborhoods, hop on the free rental bikes or take the next tram.

Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

We ourselves are so fond of this beautiful spot of earth that we would like to have other parts of it and offer it here for rent. It offers you on a total of three levels by default space for 6 people in three double rooms. This stylish apartment on the 1st floor of a historic period building provides a cozy ambiance for two guests.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet residential neighborhood of Halle. In 20 minutes' walk or just under 10 minutes by tram you are in the city center. On foot it is only 5 minutes to the parks on the Saale. Numerous museums and galleries are within easy reach, The apartment is cozy and individually furnished, but not crowded. We can accommodate up to 5 people.

Relax on the sunny terrace of our stylish houseboat, enjoy home-cooked treats from the fully equipped kitchen, and dream in two comfortable box spring beds. Two SUPs are waiting for you to explore the Geiseltalsee. The fixed boat is the ideal starting point for adventure and recreation – on the water yet comfortable like a small home.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, but also a large park. The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”
