Comme on peut dire "petit mais mignon" , en effet c'est un studio d'une seule pièce aménagé d'un lit de 140x 190 avec une literie de bonne qualité. Nous avons optimisé au maximum l'espace. La Salle de bain et les toilettes sont séparés. Il est situé à 50 m d'une boulangerie , dans le centre ville de Chateau-Gontier. Possibilité de se garer facilement dans la rue gratuitement.

I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
