In a green & quiet setting of a magnificent 15th century castle located at the entrance of our beautiful medieval city of Dinan, you will stay in a 54 m2 loft apartment on the ground floor of the main building. You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

This family accommodation is close to all sites and amenities (Near Dinan, Saint-Malo, Rennes, Mont Saint-Michel). Large living room on the ground floor (40 m²) with sitting area (sofa bed), dining room, kitchen. Upstairs: two bedrooms: one with a 160 double bed, and the second with two 90 single beds and the bathroom with bathtub and toilet (sheets not provided) South-facing terrace with garden. The house is on the main street of St. Pierre, so busy street😉, no Wi-Fi

Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In a small peaceful town there is a bakery and small grocery store, bar and tobacco store. Close to Dinan 15 min, Saint Malo 30 min, Rennes 30 min and 40 min from Mont Saint Michel. If you have needs such as a baby cot, raclette machine, barbecue…. Let me know if I can make your stay more enjoyable. Upon your arrival the beds will be made, towels will be available to you.

My accommodation "les cypres" is located in the village center of Miniac Morvan. Close to all shops, it is ideally located to visit st Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne... This independent apartment has been completely renovated lately.It has a living room,a bedroom, a bathroom,toilet, a privatized room (bikes, motorcycle, etc...as well as a small terrace. This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment.
