Great stay at La Mauricette! The cottage is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfectly located to discover the Dinan region. I was there with my dog Tao, who found a great friend in Raïko, Sophie and Laurent's dog. Warm welcome, ideal setting... Only downside: a Senseo is not an espresso machine😉. Thanks again, we'll be back!

We had a great week in the pretty building of Alban, Adeline and Marius tastefully restored. The garden is large, very nice and full of small treasures. The hosts are very friendly and living in their primary residence is a plus in terms of comfort and amenities! The surroundings are breathtaking within 1 hour by car you can visit from Mont St Michel to Cap Frehel via Dinan, Cancale, Dinard and St Malo. A huge love for us!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. We loved the farm and enjoyed the cows too.

Accommodation as in the photos, nothing to say, the garden is beautiful and very well maintained, a large terrace, the house is spacious for a family, I recommend this rental, frankly, it's great. 👍👍👍

A big thank you to Etienne and Valérie for their hospitality. The house is just perfect for a stay in Saint Malo. Very well equipped, it feels like home! Ideal location, quiet but not far from the main activities of the city. Flexible check-in to adapt to our baby and finally, very good responsiveness from the hosts who were able to answer our questions. We will be back!

Christiane’s place was absolutely beautiful. The view of Mont Saint Michel was stunning. The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we were looking for. She even had bikes that we were able to use! She is very responsive and was so gracious to accommodate our request for a late check out. I highly recommend Christiane’s house and I can’t wait to stay again next time we visit.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

We had a pleasant stay. It was a weekend hike with a friend. the hosts are really very nice and attentive to their guests. Lots more and thank you for the pizzas and the hot hot Nordic bath😉

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Thanks to Marie and her family.

Very nice cottage in a pleasant setting. Play area and pets accessible for children. Perfect location for visiting the region. Friendly and responsive host.

Wonderful house conducive to good times with friends/family. Lots of equipment available, especially for children and older children. Dom is a great host, go for it.

Course stay but peaceful quiet place the most the pool the children had a blast a little refreshment would be nice. but we will come back very nice owner

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. We had a great stay of a short week, in a quiet and relaxing place, ideally located to allow visits without too many kilometers. Thank you Carole for your welcome and the kind attention to us, the bouquet of flowers, the eggs, the apple juice and the fresh milk in the morning. Very pleasant accommodation and well located midway between St Malo, Dinars and Mont St Michel. For our pet, it's all good because a large garden adjoining the house is very convenient. Quiet at night. And we were very lucky because 6 days with sun!!! Brittany is a beautiful region and this accommodation is recommended (for 2 or 4 people without problems + your pet.) to visit this beautiful region.
