Beautiful Villa with Pool

AdamRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lovely, well presented villa in peaceful location, a short drive away from Belpasso. Jay, Maria and Joel were incredible hosts. They lived next door, so even though we had total privacy, they were on hand to offer advice and recommendations on where to visit in the local area and further afield, should we need. A bonus addition was Digby, the family dog, who was a lovely companion with a great personality. Villa Segreta has great views of Mount Etna, which erupted on the second night of our stay! Would highly recommend. Great location and friendly hosts. Would like to visit again, should we get the opportunity to.

#winelovers Green paradise between Etna&Taormina

FilipRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Davide and Carla were excellent, helpful and friendly hosts who made us feel right at home. Their vineyard is truly beautiful and authentic, and loved how peaceful and tranquil the area is. Even though we had not pre-booked the wine tasting and dinner, we were invited to join the experience and thoroughly enjoyed a selection of amazing natural wines, a delicious meal, and chatted the night away with Mount Etna in the background. The apartment was cosy and quiet, with all amenities you could need and views towards the coast. A few reviews have mentioned the drive up to the vineyard, but we had no trouble with this at all, we had rented a 500X and it tackled the country road just fine. Thank you Davide and Carla for making our stay so memorable.

Casa CoS - Holiday Etna-Taormina

BeckyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I think this is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! The gardens were magical full of butterflies and birds, lemons and oranges. The pool was amazing, so long, great for lengths with stunning views. The accommodation was really comfortable and cool. There was a very handy washing machine too. Salvatore and Costanza were perfect hosts, giving us lots of information and food and wine waiting when we arrived. Salvatore recommended the Etna refuge circuit and lent us his guide book, we saw Etna erupting! Thank you for a truly wonderful family stay 😊 we would return in a heartbeat.

Lovely, friendly hosts who are very helpful and do their best to accommodate your needs and made everything so easy. The property is great value for money. The property was clean and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is great has everything you need to cook meals, washing machine room also next to the kitchen which is great. The property is 20 minutes drive from loads of great beaches. Lovely outdoor area to eat and relax. Would definitely recommend.

Eco Farm Facing Etna&Ocean

GretchenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Amazing place to relax, enjoy the natural surroundings, and take in the awe inspiring views of Mt. Etna. Angelo was a gracious host. I would reccommend this stay to anyone looking to enjoy the sounds of cow bells and bird songs or to commune with Mama Etna with your moring cafe. The bed is comfortable and I loved watching Etna erupt while I went to sleep. Book the boat excursion with Angelo if you can- incredible views. While it is less than a mile to a cappucino and a butcher from the farm, half of that mile is very steep and not for the faint of heart. It worked for me, but may not for others. I was traveling solo and without a car. (I reccommend a car for maximum flexibility in your schedule and destinations.) Do not leave this small town without a fried ricotta pastry from Cafe Cali and you MUST buy -if only the smallest amount to eat with a spoon - fresh ricotta from Delizie Casearie. It is unlike anything I have ever had. Yum! The town is VERY sleepy in the off season.

Casa Blu in the heart of Sicily

TheresaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
I could give 10 stars, I would. I arrived at 2 AM, much later than expected, & the host Stefano was the perfect gentleman—welcoming me warmly & helping me settle in. Everything has been done with love & attention to detail. The private room, with its own entrance, outdoor space, kitchen & newly updated bathroom was peaceful & spotless. The next morning, Stefano checked in via text, making sure every need was met—even ones I hadn’t thought of. He showed me the beautiful grounds filled with fragrant linden trees (tigli), the garden, the pool & even drove me to a local restaurant & back. That evening, he helped order pizza & later surprised me with fresh fruit from his garden. His wife brought vegetables so I could make a salad. Their kindness made me feel like family. I travel often, & I can honestly say I have never encountered such gracious & thoughtful hosts. If you’re looking for serenity in the Sicilian countryside, look no further than La Casa Blu!

EddyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Francesca and Enzo's little house is ideally located at the foot of Etna but also in a peaceful, pretty and very pleasant locality, with all the facilities. We had a great stay there to visit the entire east coast of Sicily. Francesca is particularly attentive and gives very good advice. We highly recommend it to travelers who seek calm, authenticity and contact.

Villa on wine estate with private pool and views

PatriciaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We are a family of 9 adults and 4 children. This property served us quite well. The pool is beautiful! The adults and children enjoyed it very much. The scenic views are breathtaking. And the home itself, is so unique in a very “cool” way. We all loved the turret and the kids loved the space to wander. Salvo was very responsive and quickly took care of replacing a broken fan. Giulia was very helpful and quick responding back to questions. Also, gave us great recommendations for dining, etc. that were very helpful. Definitely would recommend Villa Eremo Sant’emilia!

Room with bathroom. Casa Sapone. Agriturismo Pilato

AnitaRating, 5 stars47 months ago
The place is amazing! The house we stayed in is emerged in beautiful nature and offers everything you need to have for a perfect stay. It is very relaxing and highly recommended for nature lovers and those who appreciate just the sounds of the forest. The host family is very friendly and welcoming. Important things to notice in order to come on this trip prepared and make your stay more enjoyable: - it takes ca. 45 min by car from Antillo, the road in the last ca. 3km is unpaved with steep slopes and holes. So make sure you come with an appropriate car. (With our VW Up (65 HP) we struggled greatly to get up the hill). - in the surroundings there is no food stores so do your shopping in the city before you arrive. - we experienced that the road that google maps offers is incorrect but there are street signs all the way up - so follow those. - once you start going up the mountain the network service coverage is interrupted so make sure that you make all the important phone calls and online tasks before you go up so that you can enjoy the screen free time and the social detox.

Pietrorussello Agriturismo Pilato Private Room

AnnRating, 5 stars46 months ago
Our stay at the farm Pilato was fantastic. The house is in a beautiful valley in the shadow of the Nebrodi from which various walks are available between the surrounding hills. We have always been welcomed and treated with great kindness and availability. Mrs. Teresa has great culinary skills and has spoiled us with various delicacies - all using strictly products from her large garden - in the many meals we had during the stay. We absolutely recommend the place if you want a quiet port where you can relax for a few days eating healthy and authentic dishes!! An important tip is not to make your way to the farm at night. It is a country road (we did it with a VW Golf without problems) and the last stretch is not paved. Better to have full visibility. We hope to be able to repeat it soon!

Honestly, we were sad to leave. This place is a gem with all the beautiful nut and fruit trees, and an amazing pool. The room was perfect with a stunning private patio and we made friends with the cutest 16yr old cat. Thanks for everything!

Casa Pilato 1. Pilato Agritourism Centre

YaelRating, 5 stars33 months ago
We had a great time at Agriturismo Pilato! The Agriturismo is located in a beautiful and quiet location in the the Peloritani mountains surrounded by nature. We enjoyed a comfortable room, great hospitality and great food cooked by Mrs Teresa. surrounding the house there is a patio, a garden, a vegetable garden and grapes growing freely, which our kid enjoyed immensely. We stayed in the Pietrorussello (the main structure) in a room of 3. During the day we hiked to the neighbor's farm to see some farm animals and then down a lovely path to the river bed, where we just laid back and relaxed. The forest is abundant with walnut, chestnut and hazelnut trees. It took us around 40-45 minutes to get from Antillo to the Agriturismo, the last stretch was indeed unpaved, however we passed it with a regular cross-over vehicle (VW T-Cross, not 4*4). On the way to the house (~15 minutes before) there is a small stream and bridge, where we stopped to dip our feet. I would recommend the place for people who appreciate nature and quiet, that are not afraid of going *slightly* "off the beaten path" and appreciate warm, homey hospitality. For people who plan to dine at the main structure and who don't have a 4*4 vehicle, I personally would suggest to consider staying at the main house (Pietrorussello), as we felt the road between Casa Pilato and the house would be difficult to drive after dark. I must say, that after realizing this might be an issue, Elvira accommodated our request to move to the main house kindly and quickly. All-in-all a great and unique experience, bring a good book and enjoy =)

Etna Villa With Freestanding Bathtub and Vineyard

AntoniaRating, 5 stars21 months ago
We had a great time staying with Giovanni or Gertrud and Pippo. Check-in went absolutely smoothly. Gertrud and Pippo took a lot of time to explain everything to us and were always available for advice and deeds and gave us tips for the area. The accommodations were as described and absolutely liked us. Even with the cleanliness, there was nothing to complain about. We enjoyed the peace most.

It was very nice staying at Lucrezia’s and Angelo’s place! The apartment was spacious and clean and Lucrezia showed us everything during the check-in. She was always available for questions and very helpful! If you want to spend a few quiet days, it’s a great place where you can relax on the terrace while looking at the vineyard or down to the sea.

Exclusive seafacing Villa with pool

RonRating, 5 stars7 months ago
This is the most beautiful villa: well maintained, wonderful hosts, fully stocked with most everything you would need. The location is very good for exploring this part of the island and the views of the sea on one side, and Etna on the other is really remarkable. The hot tub and pool are amazing and the space is very well organized with large rooms and plenty of common areas.

Red house in an 18th-century lava stone villa

AnnaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even in advance, the communication was great and we were also able to ask any questions on site, received tips for the area as well as for great restaurants, etc. The complex is a dream, the individual apartments are beautifully restored and equipped with everything you need. The pool is fantastic, the view of Mount Etna (especially at sunset) is impressive. The wealth of information available in each apartment is also helpful. The description of the restoration of the entire property was particularly interesting - it is admirable how much love and effort has been put into bringing this place back to life! Thanks for a great stay, we will be happy to come back!
