Liberty style apt with panoramic peaceful terrace

Placed into the core of the old city, between Via Etnea, Via A. di Sangiuliano e Piazza Stesicoro, between artisan workshops, prominent restaurant, traditional trattorias, refined café, between the elegant Opera Theater Massimo Bellini and the biggest open air market of the city, the house (to which you can access with an elevator) is at the last floor of an ancient liberty building of the very first XX century, with high painted ceiling with vault and original decorated floor.

This studio is located inside Villa Lionti, between Catania and Etna, 500 meters above sea level. In the villa there are 5 other apartments with different characteristics. Architects say it's the best preserved villa in all of eastern Sicily This monovan is about 35 square meters, renovated in 2017 in a modern style, and consists of a large room with a dining area, a full kitchen area, and a comfortable double bed. The nearest restaurant is 7 km away, the nearest bar is 4 km away. The nearest village is Brucoli, about 8 km away, a small seaside village that is very popular especially in summer, where you will find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and a small supermarket.

Casa Francesca is located in Castiglione di Sicilia, a medieval village in eastern Sicily. The dwelling consists of three floors, and its structure is typical of Sicilian medieval villages, where each room was used for a specific purpose. Casa Francesca has recently been renovated, retaining the original structure and adding a terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Mount Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe.
