Holiday rentals with a patio in Metropolitan city of Catania

The apartment had everything you needed and more to spend a few days like at home. Bigger than what was seen in the photos. Very private and quiet. Close to everything. The hosts were so nice and flexible. They gave us local recommendations and tips. I recommend this accommodation and appreciate the hospitality of the hosts.

Had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Mount Etna from one balcony where we could have breakfast in the shade in the morning. But if we wanted sun, we would sit on the other balcony overlooking the sea and the garden below. If we had any questions, Aretas responded very quickly and kindly. We soon felt at ease and we were very happy with the parasol that was present. The restaurant opposite the apartment complex is recommended! The Airbnb is a pleasant base for surrounding cities and nature reserves.

An absolutely perfect stay! The host gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. He took the time to show us everything important in the apartment and made us feel at home right away. One of the highlights was the helpful tips he gave us about Catania, we even received a printed handout with key sights, restaurant recommendations, and information on public transportation, all clearly marked. That was incredibly valuable and made exploring the city much easier. The apartment itself was beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and nothing was missing. What really stood out was how thoughtfully and lovingly the entire space was designed, with great attention to detail throughout. The terrace was also very nice and a great spot to relax. And with the hot temperatures, the air conditioning was truly a lifesaver! We felt completely comfortable and at home. This was by far the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Brilliant stay! Roberto really was a 5* host. He went above & beyond to make our stay easy & enjoyable, and the place itself was a wonderful fit for our needs. Spent a very nice 3 nights here, and very happy with our stay. Had excellent pizzas at local restaurants recommended by Gabriella, and nearby bakery was top notch. Absolutely requires a car. If you can handle Sicilian driving then the driveway is not a big deal. Plan on 1 hour drives to Etna, Taormina, Catania.

As I prepared to fly to Sicily, I reversed Alessandro's place due to a last-minute cancellation. A few hours later, he confirmed the last-minute booking. The location was beautiful, overlooking a cove. If you book this place, rent a car, as the secluded neighborhood requires some transportation. The owner was extremely responsive and helped with anything we needed. It was a great stay.

Gennaro and his family are great and very kind hosts. Flat is located in clean and safe modern part of town just 20 minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo, trough authentic streets, old buildings, parks and local markets. AliBus Connection with Airport is perfect, AliBus station is just in the front of the building. Central bus station is 10 minutes walk down the streat. Local food stores and Lidl are located next to the building. Restaurants that Gennaro recommend are close and affordable with good food on the menu. Definitely we will come back again, highly recommend!

The apartment is charming and spacious and there is also a private terrace that we used a lot. The location is excellent both for reaching the center on foot and for reaching external locations by car. There is always parking a short distance from the house. Luigi was impeccable and available at all times, always ready to give advice on what to do or where to eat and also to intervene to solve any problem. Moreover, he had the foresight to leave us basic necessities on arrival to make us feel immediately welcomed. Highly recommended.

We had such a lovely time! The house was very clean and comfortable with a cute balcony. It’s a short walk into the centre and lots of nice places to eat nearby. Demetra was very helpful and easy to get hold of. Would definitely recommend, thank you!!

Adorable cottage with incredible views! It was perfect location for the three of us. Smack in the middle between Teormina and Catania with gorgeous Reposto in between. That is if you have a car. The accommodations are just as described and on the photos. Maybe a little more of a seating area in the living room would be fantastic since that is where the internet is the strongest. Otherwise the garden, the jacuzzi, the neighborhood - all are beyond enjoyable! We would love to come back. Oh, yes, if you are thinking about hiking Mount Etna - just ask Andrea! You would have the BEST experience possible!!!!

We stayed there for a week, visiting all the nice nearby places, after which we could enjoy a nice afternoon of rest at this place. A great place to chill, enjoy the beautiful scenery and garden. The house itself was very beautiful, clean, had everything needed, and on top of that the host was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for the great time!

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, with homemade wine, olive oil, and fresh cherries from the garden. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Thanks to the fantastic recommendations, we discovered restaurants we never would have found on our ohne and each one was a hidden gem. The accommodation itself is full of character and charm. Every piece of furniture and decoration seems to have its own story. And the view was absolutely breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of it. All in all, a perfect holiday with plenty of relaxation. Alfio is rightly a Superhost. Has ubs water bottles in the fridge. Everything you need was available in the kitchen (incl. olive oil, napkins, etc.). The apartment is first class for 2 couples, as there are two separate staircases, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is strikingly lovely, with a maritime decor. Breakfast on the terrace is a dream. Thank you again for everything. 😃

Renatos Apartment in Aci Castello is great. Everything you need is in walking distance, the apartment is beautifully renovated and super clean. Renato himself was extremely helpful with recommendations and super flexible regarding our checkin / checkout times. I can highly recommend this place!!

Thank you for the beautiful apartment and helpfulness. Nicolosi is a small mountain village where everything is centrally located. Very nice people live in this place. There are many restaurants and beautiful cafes. We very much enjoyed and appreciated the 11-day stay. The beautiful, huge terrace was fantastic. I recommend this apartment to everyone.

Michaela's place is very functional, recent and very clean. With the balcony (and its beautiful view of the orchards), you feel in the countryside. The residence is quiet and pleasant. The neighborhood is very lively in the evening (traffic jams) and it has not always been easy to park, but after rush hour, the neighborhood becomes peaceful again. The baker opposite (il panificio) offers delicious products! A small fresh produce grocery store is also close by.

Dario’s apartment was very comfortable and upscale. He was attentive to our needs and responded quickly and courteously! The location did seem rough at first glance but the place was close to all other neighborhoods and we were able to walk everywhere..

The place was great! And the location was amazing.

Clear recommendation. Ottavio was a very pleasant host. We spent 11 wonderful days here and enjoyed the location of this apartment. We were able to travel from here to the east coast of Sicily very comfortably by bus and train. The apartment was sensational for this. It is only a few steps from the metro. Within a few minutes, we were at the main train station and one stop further in the tourist center of Catania. The first coffee in the sun on the terrace sweetened our start to the day. The beds are very good, the pillows were okay. We were able to cook very well here but the pizzerias and the ice cream shop nearby are highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Giuseppe’s. The apartment was beautiful, we had everything what we needed there. We loved the location as well and Giuseppe is such a thoughtful host! We will definitely come back when we’re in Catania. Thanks Giuseppe for the wonderful stay!
