Loft holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Naples

home exactly as described. Nothing was missing and we had a great time! Bars and pizzerias are just a few minutes' walk away, as well as the train that connects to Pompeii and Sorrento. Thanks to Imma who welcomed us in person and was very helpful and friendly giving us tips on the area. We recommend it!

We (family, 2 adults and 2 children) were in the apartment for just under a week. Adriano is very nice, the contact with him very pleasant. Upon arrival, Adriano was very flexible. We arrived earlier and were allowed to leave the suitcases in the apartment. He gave us valuable tips for Naples and its surroundings. The location is great. Right down in the alleys (Quartieri Spagnoli) there were a lot of nice restaurants. Via Toledo and Via Chiaia are also right next door. Naples is wonderful, lively, authentic. The apartment is on the 4th floor with nice large bright windows, elevator is also available. It was also really very quiet to sleep. Apartment is as in the photos and as described. We would visit Naples again in a heartbeat and also stay in this apartment again. We enjoyed this apartment very much.

The loft is very pleasant to live in, very large with three balconies allowing you to have a sunny view all day. It is equipped with all the necessary equipment. The accommodation has a secure private car park. It is particularly well located for visiting Pompeii, Ercolano. The nearby train station allows you to go to Napoli without needing a car. We were very well received by our host at the Pompeii train station to guide us to her home. We were lucky to be accompanied by Eva Christina for the visits to Pompeii and Ercolano. We felt his passion for his region and the archaeological sites and were able to benefit from particularly detailed explanations. We are grateful for these exceptional moments. Eva Christina was proactive and very responsive in her communication. It should also be added that the fridge was filled with good things including a nice chocolate cake for our arrival. Lovely bright, clean and spacious apartment with everything we required for our girls weekend. View from terrace was spectacular and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend hiring a car for the location which was a little out of town. Communication with the host was excellent and timely.

Napoli is a city like no other and one can easily get overwhelmed. So to have this incredible space that was quiet, safe, easy to find and so very beautiful made our trip very enjoyable. Comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Donatella was extremely helpful in so many ways. Navigating this town can be challenging so having her knowledge was invaluable. There was s a beautiful view of the mountain and its no where near the chaos of the frey. Good shower. Good beds and linens. I highly recommend this home. I loved it!

The stay was great - we were warmly welcomed after very easy and friendly communication! Cristian and his family are excellent hosts and have helped us with everything, such as bus & train, as well as restaurants in the area. We highly recommend this property!

A spacious and comfortable split-level apartment, well-equipped and very easy to like. It's set in a characterful party of this intriguing city - go down the steps to the posh shops of La Chiaia or go up into a higher part of town for views of the bay and islands, and another slice of local life. Tutu' and his colleagues are very attentive, ensuring an attractive and straightforward stay.

silveria and lugia were very kind and welcoming. always willing to help and provide recommendations despite my not knowing italian Silveria was quick with phone translation. we really loved rooftop terrace and cooking area with view of vesuvius. Pompeii archeological site within 20-25 minute walking distance. many restaurants close

Rita was our main point of contact and she was wonderful!!! This place is in the heart of Sorrento, surrounded by shops and restaurants, yet it’s up a lovely alley and quiet once inside. It’s a 10 minute walk to the main port. There is not a full kitchen, but you don’t need one when you’re on vacation. It was beautiful and just as the pictures described. It was a bit expensive but the property was lovely!

Nice clean & spacious apartment with high ceiling. Centrally located in the Spanish quarter. Easily accessible 5 mins walk from Napoli Centrale Stazione from metro line 1 (Garibaldi to Municipio). Gracious and informative host. Highly Recommended.

Renato's place was perfect for our 5-night stay in Naples. The photos on the listing gave us a clear and accurate idea of what to expect, and the apartment matched it perfectly. Communication with the host was excellent—they provided plenty of helpful recommendations for our stay and even helped us book a taxi when we left. Huge thumbs up to the hosts! They also left some complimentary food items for us upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. The apartment is centrally located, so we were able to walk almost everywhere. I always felt safe in the area. The beds were very comfortable, the space was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked great. I didn’t plan to cook (Naples has some of the best food in Italy!), so I didn’t use the kitchen utensils, but that wasn’t an issue at all. This place made for a great home base while exploring the city.

Ernesto's place is very well located in the historic center of Naples, but on a quiet street. It's extremely cozy. Ernesto is very responsive. I recommend it!

Somewhat outside, super to reach with the metro, but sometimes 30 minutes on the road, as is usual in big cities. Unique location in a park-like area with a parking lot, access secured by a gate. Perfect for 4 people, two bathrooms, great design.

Super cute and clean little loft, steps away from the beach and many nice restaurants. Ground floor (so very convenient for my elderly dog) and right near a paid parking lot. Carmen and Salvatore were very kind and responsive, and we had a wonderful stay! We hope to visit again soon!

Marco and his wife are great host. They treat you as part of their family. We got a lot of tips about local famous places to see, eating places, shopping places, trains/bus details. Marco gave us nice fruits on arrival. I would love to stay there every time I visit Naples.
