Ocean Breeze Cottage C - Just steps from the beach
Newly constructed in 2020, this cottage has all the finishes and amenities you could hope for in a vacation rental. The cottage was designed to preserve the look and feel of the classic Old-Florida beach house that previously lined the beach-side streets of Mexico Beach. The cottage is just steps away from the sugar-white sand and emerald green waters of the Forgotten Coast. This cottage is located beachside of Hwy. 98, so no crossing the highway while juggling your kids and beach gear.

This part of the beach is perfect with its public boardwalk access to a wide-open area that has a private feel. A short stroll to the access, or drive and park right next to it. The Park includes pickleball courts, a playground, covered picnic tables, and an amazing Veteran’s monument. Minutes from a variety of restaurants and shops in Mexico Beach and PSJ.

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.
