Mexico Beach is a hidden gem, you will absolutely love it. This home is in a prime location in this beautiful, low-key beach town – the perfect place for a getaway…less than a block from the beach! Come unwind at our cozy cottage, take in the front porch ocean views, and enjoy the space all to yourself. The home was totally renovated by the previous owner and we hope to continue their legacy of such a wonderful beach vacation spot, boasting many return guests. Booking guest must be 25+.

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

The Outlook

Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.

A+ location! Steps to beach. No Highway to Cross!

You will be staying in the townhome located on a small street with only a brief walk to the beach. Beachside. There are no highway to cross to get to the beach. Our property offers a private backyard and ample space, making it perfect for families . You will get it all: we are a perfect combo of modern well maintained specious home in a hard-to-find location on the beach side of Hwy 98 for an amazing price. We are a true value.
