Mexico Beach truly is a hidden gem on the forgotten coast. This low key beach town is the perfect place to relax and unwind with the whole family. Our centrally located MB 4 bed/3 bath house has two ocean facing balconies and is only 100 steps from the beach. We’re also within walking distance of many of MB's quaint shops and restaurants. The covered patio has a pool table, ping pong table and newly added putting green! Everything is included to make your vacation one to remember!

Newly remodeled house,2026, steps from the beach, no stairs to 1/2 of house full kitchen, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Plenty of parking. A true piece of Mexico Beach History. If you like the view of the Gulf of Mexico, we have it. If you like short walks to public beach we have it. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered porch or on second story sun deck, and enjoy the ocean sounds. Take a few paces to the beach at night and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We have wifi and Smart tv`s for your use.

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

The Outlook

Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.
