There’s also a Murphy bed in the living room and a huge sectional sofa for extra sleeping space and comfort. Enjoy your morning coffee, dinner or evening cocktails on the large, covered balcony. Mexico Beach is a hidden gem, you will absolutely love it. This home is in a prime location in this beautiful, low-key beach town – the perfect place for a getaway…less than a block from the beach! Come unwind at our cozy cottage, take in the front porch ocean views, and enjoy the space all to yourself. The home was totally renovated by the previous owner and we hope to continue their legacy of such a wonderful beach vacation spot, boasting many return guests. Booking guest must be 25+.

This cottage is located beachside of Hwy. 98, so no crossing the highway while juggling your kids and beach gear.

This Unit is on the beach side of Highway 98, and in just 800 feet you can have your feet in the beautiful white sugar sand looking out onto the clear waters. The building is west facing so you can view the water while enjoying the calm ocean breeze from your patio deck. This unit has central AC/Heat and come with complimentary Cable television and Wifi. It also features parking for 2 vehicles, and outdoor shower for those sandy rinse offs, and barbecues to grill up those tasty meals.

The private back paver patio features a gas grill, dining table, outdoor shower, and cozy lounge space for a morning coffee. Our goal is to create a space where you can truly relax. We are military-friendly and give discounted rates to stays over a month!

Barefoot Bungalow

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

The Outlook

Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.
