The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.

Stunning 2BR/2BA Cottage- Steps from the beach!

This was our 1st time visiting Mexico Beach and we will definitely be back. Brandi’s beach cottage was beautiful and just a short walk to the beach! We enjoyed the private back patio. She also had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a beach wagon. The quietness of Mexico Beach was so nice and everyone you meet is very friendly. We also enjoyed going 20 mins down the road to St. Port Joe. Plenty more shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and a lighthouse if you need something to do.

You will not go wrong when choosing this booking. This was by far one of the best stays we have stayed in at the beach. This was our first time to stay in Mexico Beach and it did not disappoint! Very convenient to the beach and pool is just right around the corner. Zach was very responsive with any questions that I had m. We would definitely book this house again.

Just go ahead and book it! Sarah’s place is amazing. There were five of us, including my and my husband and our three kids (two aged 9 and our 2 year old toddler). We brought a pack n play for our son and the closet was so big we could put him in it!l as his “bedroom” lol. Everything was gorgeous- just as described (if not better) in person. The beach was a quick walk across the street, and the pool was refreshing. No one bothered us, I never noticed any noise from other rooms, it felt like we were in our own home it was so quiet. The hot tub is hot too! The elevator could use some work but all in all, it’s a lovely place. We even accidentally broke a light (kids!) and she worked with us to find a solution and wasn’t angry, because kids! Amiright? Sarah helped us locate a local babysitter, she answered any and all questions, and she was responsive and kind. The beds are lovely and soft, lots of linens. So many toys for the beach! There were so many amenities, it truly was like home. ❤️

Man, this place is a 3 minute walk from the BEACH! It provides a beach cart, shibumi (shade Canopy for the beach), cornhole for the back yard (yes you get a whole backyard to yourself that’s very private), a grill, and every kitchen appliance you can ask for! The place was immaculately clean and had everything you could want. It also has an outdoor shower and toilet!((YOU HAVE TO TRY IT!))) This was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. It has two bedrooms and comes with a pullout couch. Mexico Beach has that chill vibe that’s not super crowded. Try out the shell shack, they will steam your fresh shrimp and you can take it back to the perfect house to enjoy!
