Beach condo holiday rentals in Mexico Beach

Kendra and her place we’re absolutely amazing. The condo was right on the beach and it looked like a movie every time I woke up. It was so relaxing to wake up at the beach every day and Kendra’s condo was exactly how she described it! I cannot wait to be back!

Great host, the apartment was perfect for us - comfortable, fabulous views from all rooms, and everything we needed with amenities. The condo building itself is clean and well maintained, as is the beach. Super impressed all around!!

Niki’s place was absolutely amazing from the view to the walk to beach - Not even a 2 minute walk!!! The pictures make the condo seem small but it’s actually huge for a family of 4. Everything is about 10 minutes driving and you can even walk. We had an incident where the oven wasn’t working but Niki was quick on her feet to troubleshoot the problem and get somewhat out (which it happened to be the breaker box has tripped). We cannot wait to be back!

Amazing place to stay! Right on the beach, walkable distance from a couple of restaurants and souvenir shops, easiest check in I’ve ever experienced. Even the apartment itself has those ~beach vibes~ that I wanted! If I ever come back to Panama, I will probably book this same place again.

I would most definitely stay again. Misha communicated very well. sent all of the checkin information day prior to arrival. Her condo was exactly as described and looked. Very clean, and I am that guest that's checks everything once I arrive. I would most definitely recommend staying with Misha.

Ms. Lidiya was amazing! Anytime I had a question she had a fast response. The place was great! Looked exactly like the pictures, and was in walking distance of main activities. You can never get bored. It was something to do around every corner. It rained while we were in town and we still had an amazing time! She even took her time just to check on us and to see if we needed anything! I will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality you gave me and my family! It was greatly appreciated!! 🩷

So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved staying at their little cute townhouse. A perfect spot on 30a close to the beaches and restaurants. Everything is exactly as described. If anything happened/came up during my stay, it was addressed right away. Steve was a great host! 10/10 Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Great place with very easy access to beach, which was particularly nice when we came in for lunch and to dodge the thunderstorm. Beautiful view from condo. Very clean and comfortable. AC unit was a bit loud when it kicked on at night, but not a big problem. We stayed when there was ongoing construction on the building but the only time it mattered was on the morning when we were leaving, as the workers were in the entry way between the elevator and parking lot. Definitely would go back.

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

My family and I stayed here over the Juneteenth weekend. It was better than advertised. Although I love the beach and the sun…I hate sand. One of the great things about Shaun’s place is the outdoor rinse station. It was such an amazing amenity. It helped us keep his home sand free and also minimize the amount that we tracked into our car. I would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was as described. Easy access to the pool and beach. The views from the condo were outstanding. The condo itself was beautifully furnished, comfy and made for a relaxing vacation.

My husband and I rented this place for 3 nights. We had never been to the area, and my daughter and her family were staying a few blocks down, and actually found this for us as she knows the area. This place was perfect for us and within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. There were 2 pools and my grandchildren absolutely loved the “big bathtub” as they called it. It was perfect for them, they’re 2 and 4. The place had everything we needed and the bed was quite comfortable, always a plus! Sarah gave good recommendations and was very quick to answer any questions. We would highly recommend staying here!

Wow! This condo was beautiful. Well thought out layout, especially for families with little kids. The view from the moment you walk in is breathtaking. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed and it made it easy to feel like home away from home. Convenient location to many attractions and restaurants in the Panama City Beach area. Dino was super helpful and responsive. Thanks for sharing your place with our family!
