HUGE screened front porch with amazing views of the Gulf that can seat entire family! 3 King Bedrooms with full, large en-suite bathrooms, extremely spacious with big closets. Shipwreck restaurant is 150 yards away! Great walkable seafood restaurant for dinner. 7 miles from downtown PSJ, and 3 miles from Mexico Beach. Much quieter than Windmark and beach is on open water, not in the bay! See the dolphins almost daily!

An outdoor deck is highlighted under a turquoise shade sail, featuring a wooden picnic table and chairs. Beyond the deck, unobstructed ocean views and neighboring houses are visible, creating a pleasant space for relaxation and dining outside.
