Enjoy the elegance of a by-gone era while staying in this Art Deco home. Beautifully decorated and featuring a sweeping staircase, original stained glass windows, period furniture, and a stunningly unique black-and-white tiled bathroom. The house is located on a green walkway in La Condesa and counts various living rooms, dining rooms, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garden, a rooftop terrace and a study room, which is a separated work space with sunlight, internet connection and private bathroom. Our art deco home has been lovingly curated to reflect the era, but we also have had all mod-cons. You can relax in our iconic deco bathroom and feel like a film star, while watching a movie online. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a living room, wifi in the house and a closed garden. Our home sleeps 5 people in 3 bedrooms, one king size bed, two singles in one room and a third with a single bed and 3 bathrooms. We have off street parking, a garage on site. We are within walking distance of restaurants, stores, bars and clubs. You will have access to the entire house, except one bedroom which is used for storage. Your access will be: a fully equipped kitchen, a large bright dining room, a living room and a marvelous closed garden, which opens from the kitchen. You will meet Anikó, who helps you with all you need during your stay, she speaks English, Hungarian and Spanish. We offer cleaning once a week, and change sheets and towels once a week. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know and this can be arranged at a fee. This home is located on a quiet street in the chic Condesa neighborhood, within walking distance of restaurants, the subway, bespoke designer stores, galleries, two parks, cafes, a supermarket, and organic food markets. We recommend you use Uber, or walk, it is a great neighborhood to get to know on foot. We have a garage for your use, if you are coming by car. The house is located 4 minutes walk from metro station Patriotismo, 6 minutes from Chilpancingo metro station, but ecobici is also a great option to look around! Guests has to climb stairs, bedrooms are on the floor, please consider before booking.

A very bright little townhouse next to Parque Mexico, Mercado de Medellin and lots of bars and restaurants. Enjoy being in the heart of CDMX's best neighborhood, at walking distance to many cool spots, while being able to rest in a quiet location. The townhouse has a designated office-like room with big screen and fast internet, as well as a spacious rooftop, plenty many plants and amenities like a projector, king-size memory foam bed, and lots of comfy areas, character, and decorations.

There are multiple canopies and large windows that allow all the rooms to be very bright. The colors and custom-designed furniture were carefully curated to celebrate the Mexican culture. The house is located in a very quiet street of the historic Roma Sur neighborhood and offers walking access to the city’s best restaurants and bars.

El jardin de la casa es compartido con las suites. No hay division entre la casa y las suites por lo que pueden encontrarse con las personas de los suites durante su estancia.
