The Unit has a personal Concierge that will greet you and help you out throughout your stay. Sit out on the spacious and verdant terrace, ideal for a lush breakfast in the morning or cocktails and fine conversation in the evenings. The interior is extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated, featuring local paintings and artefacts. Enjoy working from home with high speed internet of up to 120MBPS I strive to make this place as comfortable as my own home, I love to have great quality linens, colorful spaces, beautiful plants and always great coffee. The place is spacious, with great sunlight and fresh air; great for just relaxing and getting to know the Mexico City way of life. Guests have full access to the apartment and everything in it. Also they can leave luggage in storage area after checkout. 90% of the time I will receive guests myself, also self check-in is available if preferred. (we have a 24hr doorman). I am always happy to suggest spots to visit or places to go to outside the city and how to get there. The neighborhood is very colorful. It has the perfect combination of liveliness and quiet nights for a good night's sleep. Mercado de Medellin is just around the corner for fresh fruit, vegetables, and grocery shopping. I would suggest getting around the neighborhood simply by walking; bus and subway stations to get downtown are very close. Also, there's a bike-share station outside the building. I love coffee! There will always be several coffee options in the apartment. Please keep in mind that other people and families live in the building. The terrace hours are from 9am to 10pm. La Roma is also known as one of the two culinary centers in town. The apartment is just two blocks away from the iconic Amsterdam Street and Parque Mexico.

DURING THIS DAYS WE ARE TAKING EXTRA CONTROL AND PRECAUTIONS ON THE CLEANING: WE USE SPECIAL PRODUCTS TO SANITIZER ALL THE AREAS OF THE VILLA. OUR STAFF USE GLOVES AND MASK ALL THE TIME. This peaceful home is part of Holistika, a yoga and wellness center. Minimalist decor with natural wood and cool stone accents add to the sense of calm. Doze in the garden hammock beneath twinkling fairy lights and float in the villa's private pool. Located in the new residential development called “Holistika" (wellness center and yoga center). Just side to the center of Tulum, in a unique park. This new neighborhood offers nature and wellness. The Villa is composed of three bedrooms, two of them have a king size bed with a full bathroom (one with bathtub) and the other has two queen beds with a shower room separated. We have a TV room with a sofa that can be used as a bed. Fully-equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, oven, freezer, coffee machine, fans, air-conditioning in each room, washer/dryer) with a beautiful “palapa”, garden an a private swimming pool. The resort offers many holistic treatments and fun activities onsite. Restaurants, craft boutiques, and a bakery are within walking distance. Stunning local beaches, remarkable archeological sites, and downtown Tulum are a short drive or cycle away. It's really easy and safety to use transports in Tulum. Walking, biking, taxi service or car rental service. A new bicycle pathway allows you to bike to the beach easily!
