Incredible house! we had 19 people on a work retreat. some people shared king beds, and 4 people were in one of the basement rooms, but we were very comfortable. there are 11 bedrooms. they will send you a detailed list of configurations if needed! it us hurricane season, but we're from Alaska and we would have been SO hot if it had been sunny. the views are amazing regardless! it's literally right in the beach and there weren't many people near us. the pool is lovely. the staff were the sweetest people. we had them do breakfast and lunch each day. the food was amazing. we especially appreciated Gil and Jorge, who seemed to genuinely care about each and every person's individual needs. we have never had a rental house with staff before, so it took us a bit to get used to being less independent. we may never get used to it haha. but they were wonderful people. lastly, everything was VERY clean, about which multiple people in my group commented. would definitely stay here again!

This location is absolutely stunning! It's a beautiful, new-condition home with huge amounts of space. The view is sensational, the outdoor kitchen is well-equipped, and the home absolutely huge. We accommodated our group of 10 men (Stag) very comfortably with room to spare. The maid service was excellent each morning and they were very accommodating/friendly (Naomi and Adrianna). The concierge Diego was friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. Not only was my group thrilled with the location, we are already planning on our next stay - and will definitely re-book here. I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience here - it may be the best stay I've ever had, anywhere. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!!!

We had a great time at villa Sofia. We spent most of our time outside, the pool is amazing, the views are breathtaking and all outdoor spaces are well appointed. The home is very private although settled between neighboring villas. We hired a chef for one day and it was great not to have to worry about anything. The house is just like in photos. The beach is not very swimmable between some rocks and lots of seaweed (which was just because of the time of the year and applicable to all beaches on the coast.) but the outdoor space with the pool is so much more comfortable. With the ocean view right there, we did not miss being on the beach at all. I would definitely go again.

Onda is a truly wonderful home and location. We stayed with our 4 kids (ages 10 and under) and two grandmas and it was an absolute perfect house for our family. The beachfront is very swimmable. We rented dune buggies for the whole week and used them as our mode of transportation to fun adventures nearby - from Cabo Pulmo (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) to Los Barilles for lunch and a ride up the arroyo to a beautiful waterfall. The house is very well stocked and nicely decorated. Mitzi (house manager) and the chefs were super helpful and made our stay extra special. She arranged for horseback riding right from the house and massages at the house. La Rivera is still a very small town with just a few restaurants and we thoroughly enjoyed our rides through town and grabbing lunch at Efren’s restaurant. If you want a fancier touch, the Four Seasons is less than 10 minutes from the house and Mitzi can arrange for reservations at one of their restaurants. We hope to return soon!

This place is perfect. We stayed for five nights with our friends and family. We paid for the chef services (which everyone was super impressed with). We did a bunch of excursions with Augustine (who is amazing and extremely knowledgeable). We also had massages on the pier which was very peaceful. This place is quite a bit outside of PV, but is perfect if you are wanting a chill and local vibe. There is an amazing coffee stand within a 10 min walk which also opens at night and is next to a churro stand! There is space for everyone to spread out but also plenty of areas to gather and hang out.

I can’t say enough about this place! We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday with a big group and had the best time! Our chef was top notch and even made a few pitchers of Margaritas for us when we arrived that were AMAZING! He had guacamole made for us and was already working on dinner! I can’t say enough good things about him! Everyone was on top of anything we needed. They set up all transportation for us to dinners, beach clubs, airport, etc. The house has the most spectacular views and plenty of space for our big group of 12. This was definitely a trip none of us will ever forget! Thank you so much for making his birthday so special!

Stunning home with an equally stunning view of the ocean. Pristine kitchen and dining area. The outdoor space was perfect for entertaining, with an infinity pool, hot tub and outdoor grill and nice patio furniture. The pictures don’t even do it justice! The most amazing home we’ve ever rented. On our last night we had a chef serve dinner and it was one of the best memories of the trip. Arely was an excellent host - very easy to communicate with, fast responses, and provided curated recommendations. He helped us get connected to their chef and transportation services which made our stay feel even easier. We will definitely be back!

Well maintained property located in well maintained development. Excellent place for families. This is the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed. Lots of activities and amenities for a family vacation. Cristina prepared delicious breakfast and maintained this place spotless. Our concierge, Cynthia, was very patient, attentive, and provided excellent customer service.

I was fortunate to discover this hidden gem and booked it for a company retreat with the executive team. Everyone was absolutely amazed — the space, the ambiance, and the attention to detail far exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is peaceful and inspiring, perfect for both rest and productive meetings. The property is flawlessly maintained, and the staff is warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. If you're lucky enough to find it available, don’t hesitate — book it. This place is a rare find. I genuinely hope to return very soon.
