Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Middle Franconia

Very large apartment with a pleasant terrace. Shower is a little too small for my size but that's more my problem. Everything wonderful!

My family of four (two adult kids and my wife) all stayed at this lovely home for two nights. It was a fantastic oasis for us as we drove through the region on vacation. Great spot! Would recommend!

The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

The village location is beautiful, and it was lovely to meet such kind hosts and their very wonderful dog. Simple, straightforward accommodation covered all the basics. Mattresses are on the firmer side, if that’s important to you. So glad we were able to spend a few days here. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice accommodation, everything as shown in the listing. Especially for our children. The garden is fantastically beautiful, well-maintained, quiet and at the same time a private playground for the little ones. Also in the house everything you need and also here great play opportunities for the children. We also loved the information on beer gardens, restaurants and excursion destinations. In general, there is a lot to do in the beautiful region. Thanks also to Birgit and Kalle who always stood by us with advice and action. Very nice hosts! Thanks for the wonderful time.

We spent 5 very nice days of family vacation with Martina and Josef. The toddler was busy: sliding, feeding rabbits, petting cats, driving a Bobbycar tractor. There were also books and toys, which we could use in view of the bad weather. A highlight: fresh strawberries and eggs from the farm. Plus the location: climbing rocks within a few minutes' walk and other activities within a short drive. Disadvantage: The really loud frogs directly in front of the house and the ringing of the bells at 6:00 (after a few days, however, we had already gotten used to it). The place was absolutely sufficient for 5 and a half people, everything was neat and in good shape. A dishwasher and microwave would have increased the comfort a bit, but of course you can also manage without them. We would gladly recommend the Bühnershof and would only wish for better weather for the next stay ;-)

We had a very nice time in this great house! Very modern, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything. We also liked the surroundings at Lake Brombach extremely well - a beautiful large swimming lake with numerous beaches, many different activities (cycling, wakeboarding, beach volleyball, aquapark, etc.) and restaurants. I'm sure we'll be back. :)

The apartment is as described and corresponds exactly to the pictures. It is top modern furnishings, very clean and has everything you need. Contact with Tom was good, he provided us with all the necessary information in advance and we would recommend the apartment at any time.

Beautiful and modern apartment, which is originally furnished. Andreas always responds quickly, is friendly and helpful, a host as you would wish! All sleeping arrangements were comfortable, in the kitchen and bathroom everything for a pleasant stay available. in a very quiet location on the outskirts a nice accommodation. Down by the lake, you can rent bikes and explore the villages around the lake. The three of us enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time in the apartment. It is new and modern and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable too. Sleeping with the window open is only for noise-insensitive people due to the street in front. But there's also a room out the back. Otherwise, everything was really great! We will definitely be happy to come again!

There were no problems checking in or out; The area is very rural, but somewhat larger towns are very close; For us it was very suitable and we would definitely book it again if we want to go back to Rothenburg. Greetings to the hosts Diana, Meg and Friedrich

Great host! Tanja’s apartment was comfortable, well appointed and nicely furnished and decorated. Tanja herself was friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. This was our last stop in Germany before heading home after our son’s wedding and was the relaxing stop we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful.

Nice place, quiet, secure parking. Well equipped. Would stay again.

Beautiful, very spacious, clean and well-appointed accommodation in a lovely rural setting and we were made to feel very much at home by Melanie and family. The place is located in a rural area with rolling hills, fields and forests. Big balcony to enjoy the view and sunsets. This was an extra special experience for us. We were kindly introduced to the alpacas which are very well-cared for and lovely animals. There are other animals to enjoy - geese, sheep, chickens and a very sweet kitty. It is really clear that Melanie and husband Causten and Lewis (not sure if I spelled their names right) love the animals dearly and treat them so well. We REALLY enjoyed our stay there and wish we could have stayed longer. Location is perfect for day trips to Dinkelsbuhl, Rothenberg etc along the Romantic Road. A highly recommended place to stay for space, comfort and connection with lovely humans and their animal friends!

Elena's home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay in Ansbach very much! We would have just a few suggestions to improve the visit for your guests: 1. It would be nice to have a Guest book that might include things like: local restaurants, places to visit, things to do in the area, local gas staions, etc. 2. A simple list of checking-out prpcedures would be helpful, like where to put the dirty linens and towels, garbage disposal, should dirty dishes be washed or placed in the dishwasher, turn off refriferator, etc. 3. Some simple instruction in English on how to operate the appliances: stove/oven, washer/dryer, etc. 4. A Guest Registry so you can see who has stayed in the home and some of their immediate comments about their stay.

Beautiful large apartment and great hosts. We were able to use the beautiful and well-maintained garden in wonderful weather, which was the highlight for our two-year-old son. Ralf was super friendly, accommodating and flexible and also his parents very friendly, helpful and gave our son a lot of fun and joy. All in all, a great experience and an unreserved recommendation. The apartment has everything you need and we were proactively offered to simply ask if we were missing something for cooking, etc. Thank you very much and we would be happy to come back anytime!

The accommodation is awesome, thank you again to Matthias for the uncomplicated communication and the parents who were so helpful. We were visiting for a long weekend with the kids (6, 9 and 12 years old) and everyone was absolutely thrilled. The accommodation offers plenty of space and has everything you could want - there were plenty of blankets and towels and even family games. The kitchen is also well equipped. The highlight for us was the beautiful garden and the possibility of barbecuing there delighted young and old. Nuremberg and the Altmühlsee are also within easy reach by car. We'll be back!
