We loved our stay. We were in the heart of town and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Jeff was very communicative throughout the stay

We came in for a graduation so we needed something simple that we could enjoy for downtime but knew we were not going to spend a lot of time there. This met our needs. Our host was kind enough to help with a few simple requests that made our stay easier.

We had a great stay. Very comfortable and clean. Extremely convenient and close to the Newport area

2nd time staying at Paul’s place, still great as always! Thank you for the beverages in the fridge and for being a great host. Easy to walk to beach and close to everything Newport. Until next year!

This place was incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotlessly clean everything was — it honestly felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. The space is beautifully designed, full of thoughtful touches that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The location couldn't have been better — close to everything we needed, but still peaceful and quiet at night. Whether we were exploring the area or just relaxing indoors, it was the perfect home base. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. A true gem!

Laurie was a great host! We had a great time in Newport and the Sunset Studio has all you would need for a weekend trip.

Our stay was outstanding. We felt VERY at home and loved every minute we spent in this beautiful, cozy property. Leah & Su were so welcoming and kind. Wish we didn’t have to leave and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Rhode Island. I don’t think I can express how happy we are with everything.

We had a very nice weekend staying at Karen's. Her place on Spring Street is walkable to many restaurants, shops, Thames Street and the waterfront. The apartment was clean and has good light. We would be happy to come back again.

We had a fantastic experience at this gorgeous apartment. The pictures don’t do it justice. Especially loved the high ceiling in the main room. It was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished in a beautiful setting. We loved the area, too! Probably the best Airbnb experience we have had! Just sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

Liliane's place is absolutely gorgeous. The color scheme and decorations beautifully capture the ocean vibe, creating a very refreshing atmosphere. It comfortably accommodated my party of seven with ample space. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with exceptional cookware. A highlight was the wrap-around deck, providing a comfortable and welcoming space to relax and enjoy the weather. I would definitely book again if available.

Randi was a great host and I appreciated all the small touches to the apartment to make the guest more welcome (snacks, games, etc.). The stay was also at a great location!

We can't express enough how perfect the Benjamin Rhodes Chalet is for us. Perfect for our needs and Tim & Maureen are the perfect hosts, always a text or phone call away if needed. It was our 2nd stay. The description about the space, etc. is spot on and you won't be disappointed. You will find little surprises upon arrival. One thing I would have loved to have done is spend time in the backyard with a glass of wine listening to the birds. Speaking of the birds, they certainly make the Chalet a better stay! I should mention, those who have trouble with stairs, which lead to the bedroom and bathroom, are narrow and steep...just go slow. I would describe the Chalet as ideal, cozy and comfortable and within walking distance to not all, but most of Newport, it's perfect!! Benjamin Rhodes Chalet is our go to when visiting the area. Francisco's place was absolutely perfect for what we needed! It was clean, comfortable, very cute and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Super great location and walkable to just about everywhere. We also loved that she had easy parking right next to the unit. We had hot coffee in the morning and super soft towels in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and what Newport has to offer. Charming and really cute town, we love the outdoors so the Cliff walk was awesome.

Beautiful interior. Comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. I felt like I was Audrey Hepburn. Area is convenient and you are literally in walking distance of everything. I loved this experience it was beautiful. Thank you!

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

We stayed at Matt’s place for a couple days while visiting Providence. Matt is a super responsive host and the place was clean/ street parking was easy/ and the hot tub was nice. =]

Clean and easy to check-in. Owner lives just downstairs and takes great care of the curb appeal of the house. Beautiful gardening. Always responsive and easy to work with. Quiet street.

Great hosts! They went well above expectations, I was having g back surgery and they really helped me out with getting situated and helping with my dog. Can’t say enough good things about Jane and Brian

We stayed at this awesome property for a Monday-Thursday girls trip. The property could not have been better. The pool and hot tub were spectacular and the views from every deck were beautiful. I kitchen was clean and well appointed. The rooms were lovely and the bathrooms were unique and beautiful. I hope to return again.
