Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Middletown

We really enjoyed our extended Thanksgiving weekend at Shay’s. The house configuration was perfect for sharing family time and hosting friends for dinner one night. Also really enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and down to the beach. The weather (understandably for the time Of year) didn’t permit using the back yard or front little porch but we can see they are both great places to enjoy. Thank you Shay!

Our stay in Newport was great! Scott sent great recommendations, the place was clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The airbnb was perfect for our family of four. John and Shannon stocked it with essentials like water, coffee, and a few nice surprises in the freezer. We enjoyed a day at the beach with their beach chairs and towels. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to return next year.

I would give the Cottage 6 stars if I could! The place is really magical - every detail is so meticulously selected and beautiful inside and the location is so picturesque. My only complaint was the weather during my stay: it was chilly and rainy most days and we weren’t able to spend as much time outdoors as I would have liked. Steve and Dean were the most amazing hosts. They were so helpful and quick to assist. My in laws traveled with us and they were also blown away with the Cottage and care!

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

We really enjoyed our stay. there was 10 of us and everyone had enough space. the house is very well kept and yard was great for my dog. Diane was helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Great rental with awesome coastal decor in the quaint setting of historic downtown Bristol. House was exactly as presented, immaculate, and comfortable. Parking is an issue unless you have a compact car. Truly enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend to others.

Shael is a wonderful host! Very responsive and friendly. The private pool is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed it! There were plenty of towels and even some inflatable pool toys in the backyard shed. The kitchen is stocked with every tool and gadget imaginable. Beds were very comfortable.

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this listing over Memorial Day weekend. The home itself and particularly the view were even more beautiful than pictured. Elena is a fantastic host - flexible, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any request. The adorable town of Warren, which is a few minutes drive away, boasts countless restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, and more. I could not more highly recommend this home for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a fantastic waterfront getaway.

The house was perfect for our family, loved that the Master bedroom was separate from the others. Short walk to the ocean and Restaurants. Would definitely rent this home again.

Steve's place was amazing. The carriage house was gorgeous, comfortable, and a wonderful space for our long weekend! We were just a close drive to Providence, where we needed to be most of the weekend. I would stay there again!

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. This country getaway is an absolute gem! Just 20 minutes outside of Providence, this luxury escape offers the perfect mix of peace and charm. The home is stunning—boasting beautiful high ceilings, an incredibly spacious layout, and a beautiful kitchen that made it a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor space is a dream. The pool is serene and refreshing, and being surrounded by horses and cows added such a unique, calming touch to the stay. The entire property is quiet and relaxing, ideal for a weekend recharge or longer escape. Cristyn was a thoughtful and responsive host, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious countryside experience near the city!

Kyle & Cindy were great hosts! Both communicated clearly about check-in even allowing an early check-in since we were coming from different locations with different arrival times. It was wonderful being able to spend quality time with my family.

As a first time Airbnb guest, I'm very satisfied with a week stay at the Nest! Luke's accessibility for requests were timely; needing an extra blanket and directions to nearest food market. Luke provided places of interest that made the most of beauty outdoors. The physical loft space is amenable, quiet, clean and cozy; the skylights a definitive plus for light even on rainy days. An added desk makes a terrific workspace near windows with a view of green and sky. The extensive back yard has lounge chairs with enough tree shade and open sky for gazing. Luke's extensive yard stone work is both whimsical and artistically wonderful. A terrific stay and I've already recommended to friends.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Our hosts were very nice and Jenifer was extremely accommodating. The space was very comfortable , clean, and the kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. The area is very walkable with many great restaurants, bars, and an awesome coffee shop very close by. Parking was perfect and a huge plus was the ability to take our boat also!!

This place was perfect for what I needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It was also a wonderful setting with great views in all directions. While the houses are quite close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and it helped that it wasn't high season. Lots to explore nearby and just as tempting to sit on the deck or lie in the hammock watching the world go by. This was more than I had initially planned to spend, and I'm so glad I went ahead with it anyway - very grateful for this spot!

We had a wonderful stay, it was pristine throughout, with stylish seaside themed fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings. It truly felt like home from home, spacious enough for six adults. The table football was an extra big hit as we spent quite a lot of time in the house due to the not so favourable weather! There was a lovely organic grocery shop 5 minutes drive There were lots of great restaurants inNewport. Our host, Case was very receptive to any queries raised and happy to recommend places to visit.

We had the best time staying at Joseph’s property! The host was responsive, and so easy to work with. This house is absolutely stunning and spotless. Definitely would recommend it to anyone!!!

Brooke was amazing! My friends and I just needed a last minute place to stay after driving all day and this was perfect! The key pad wasn’t working and Brooke was responsive and helpful! Even offered us a later check out since we arrived at almost midnight!

We had a weekend wedding in Newport & decided to extend for a family vacation. We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. It was a quick walk to beach, some restaurants & the cliff walk. Cheery place & Nice neighborhood. Rooms were very spacious. Yard & deck were a bonus. Allowing us to bring our dog was a huge help & added to the joy of our family time together. Overall, it was a great place for us to hang together & take advantage of all Newport has to offer. Sarah was extremely responsive & timely and a pleasure to work with.
