If you’re looking for a beautiful Airbnb close to downtown Newport, look no further! This is an amazing home about 10 minutes from the wharf area. My family of 6 stayed for 4 nights and had the best time! The house was perfect! Spacious, comfortable, pristine, well equipped kitchen, gorgeous yard and pool, comfortable beds and linens! The host, Za, provided very clear instructions regarding check in and check out. We really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival! This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve stayed at! Will definitely come back!!!

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this listing over Memorial Day weekend. The home itself and particularly the view were even more beautiful than pictured. Elena is a fantastic host - flexible, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any request. The adorable town of Warren, which is a few minutes drive away, boasts countless restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, and more. I could not more highly recommend this home for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a fantastic waterfront getaway.

Our family just had a wonderful time at Stacy and Mario‘s house. The house was immaculate, comfortable and extremely well appointed. The views were beautiful especially the sunsets. The hosts were extremely responsive and considerate

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!

Adrienne’s place was great! The accommodations were as described. We really loved the serenity of the environment and how private it was. This place is aptly named “Natures Nook” and we loved walking the property and feeling immersed with nature even when inside. There were so many outdoor activities available to us. Although we didn’t get to take advantage of it all, would definitely book again if we are in the area!

Kyle & Cindy were great hosts! Both communicated clearly about check-in even allowing an early check-in since we were coming from different locations with different arrival times. It was wonderful being able to spend quality time with my family.

Amy's place is spacious, with lots of different spaces to hang out and relax--from the pool to living room, sitting area, basement, game room, and nice outdoor space. The neighborhood was quiet and great for little kids, and Amy made sure to leave little touches for us when we arrived. Biggest downside were the beds, but if you like a softer/plusher mattress then even that would be great.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious, extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked for our purposes. Elisabeth was a wonderful host and always responded promptly. If I ever find myself in Newport again, I would definitely want to stay at Elisabeth’s home. Thank you for everything Elisabeth!

We stayed at Peter’s place with 4 little ones and it was the perfect spot! Quiet neighborhood with a great fenced in yard. The home was super cute and clean. The hosts were very responsive both before and during our trip. We loved our stay! Highly recommend to any families visiting Newport

We really enjoyed our extended Thanksgiving weekend at Shay’s. The house configuration was perfect for sharing family time and hosting friends for dinner one night. Also really enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and down to the beach. The weather (understandably for the time Of year) didn’t permit using the back yard or front little porch but we can see they are both great places to enjoy. Thank you Shay!

The airbnb was perfect for our family of four. John and Shannon stocked it with essentials like water, coffee, and a few nice surprises in the freezer. We enjoyed a day at the beach with their beach chairs and towels. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to return next year.

The house was cozy and in a great location. It was close to everything in Newport that we wanted to see. Plenty of room to spread out and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck.

We had a weekend wedding in Newport & decided to extend for a family vacation. We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. It was a quick walk to beach, some restaurants & the cliff walk. Cheery place & Nice neighborhood. Rooms were very spacious. Yard & deck were a bonus. Allowing us to bring our dog was a huge help & added to the joy of our family time together. Overall, it was a great place for us to hang together & take advantage of all Newport has to offer. Sarah was extremely responsive & timely and a pleasure to work with. This was our second stay at Coleen's place and it did not disappoint. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The living room was cozy and inviting. The best part are the amenities. Coleen provides coffee, water, cream/sugar, beach chairs, board games and snacks, we felt like we were home. The back porch is perfect for entertaining. The host is responsive and accommodating. Bonus the place is 20 minutes from Newport! . Highly recommend!

What a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! The home was very clean and very spacious. We were visiting for a family wedding in Newport/Jamestown and this home was perfect! So close to Newport where we enjoyed the sites and restaurants. And Middletown had great amenities like Shaw's grocery store and a bagel shop. The kitchen was perfect for making meals. Breakfasts and coffee in the mornings were wonderful on the back porch right off the kitchen. It was very serene. We also cooked burgers the night we arrived on the Weber grill on the back porch. We played games one night in the living room. This weekend was full of family time and wedding celebrations. And this home made it all that more special. If we are in the Newport area again we would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time staying at Joseph’s property! The host was responsive, and so easy to work with. This house is absolutely stunning and spotless. Definitely would recommend it to anyone!!!

We were 4 couples visiting for a Newport wedding. Jessica’s place was perfect, as all 4 bedrooms were en-suite, which is rare to find. Jessica was also very responsive. The house is nicely appointed and looks just like the photos.
