She belongs to our daughter, who has decided to move to the center of Klagenfurts and thus the apartment is available for guests. The apartment is 100 square meters, 1 bedroom, a large kitchen-living room with open living room and an idyllic 15 sqm terrace. In 15 minutes you are at Klopeinersee, the warmest swimming lake in Austria. In 20 minutes at Lake Wörthersee, landmark Klagenfurt.

Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich. Es gibt einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit Balkon, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten der benutzt werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

We had a lovely few days staying at Robin’s property in Klagenfort. He was very helpful and always responsive. The apartment is clean and spacious, very comfortable for 3 of us to stay for 3 nights. Check-in and out was clear and simple. There is free parking available which was an added bonus. Thank you!

A fantastic accommodation with heart and soul – unforgettable stay with Huberta in Völkermarkt Our stay at Huberta's was simply magical! The place is beautiful and furnished with attention to detail – an oasis of well-being. The spacious rooms, some with a freestanding bathtub, exude luxury. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made the comfort perfect. The cozy living room with fireplace became our favorite place. The cozy atmosphere and the interplay of flames made every moment special. The fully equipped kitchen left nothing to be desired. Here we cooked together, even prepared and enjoyed a festive Christmas dinner. The house is a true gem, perfectly equipped and invites you to linger. The surroundings are also inspiring: nature, excursions and nearby Lake Wörthersee are highlights. We are thrilled with Huberta's hospitality and this one-of-a-kind place. A stay we will never forget. Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The location of the place is quiet and great for unwinding. The check in was super easy thanks to the lockbox, and the modern smart home equipment was and very impressed. We would like to highlight the flexibility of the host - we were allowed to check in earlier, which was very convenient for us. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the great hospitality!

We stayed 10 days in the beautiful cottage in Lipizach with a 5 month old baby. For those who love peace, tranquility and beautiful views, this is ideal. Everything is very well maintained with an idyllic garden. Martine gave us a lot of tips for doing activities nearby. Also nice arrival and lots of explanation about the cottage. She was very involved. We really enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

We were visiting family in Klagenfurt. We felt comfortable as soon as we entered the apartment. The apartment is newly furnished and offers all the comforts that are needed. It is very clean and comfortable. For us as "country lovers", the quiet location right on the edge of the forest was optimal. We enjoyed the peace and quiet on walks and on the associated balcony. Isabella and her husband were always available to us. They are friendly and attentive hosts. At the reception, the farm's own products were in the refrigerator for us. We think that's a great welcome gesture. We can recommend the stay in this accommodation without restriction.

Excellent and well-equipped apartment with everything you need. Terrace is also suitable for sitting outside in the rain. Nice, helpful and accommodating hosts. Renate always puts nice treats on the terrace table. Great location, with lots of opportunities for things to do in the area or just to laze in the meadow on the lounger. We enjoyed it.
