Grandma's apartment in a new look. I renovated and reformed the apartment in 2020. Self-designed furniture meets design classics and antique fixtures. Since I rarely use the apartment myself, I now offer it as a vacation rental. Therefore, the apartment is fully equipped. In the winter, it is cozy in the large living area and in summer the covered balcony and the sun terrace invites you to linger. Highlight in the summer is the outdoor sleeping area on the balcony.

We live with our 2 dogs and a cat on the ground floor, which are friendly to all people. It is a quiet, green area and you have nearby (450m) shopping (net, bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser...). Bus connection to the city: 5/15. We offer the guests do not leave pets alone.

We spent 5 days (4 nights) in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. A very nice, freshly renovated and modern apartment with a fantastic, huge sun terrace. The apartment is 100% recommended. We will definitely come back. Communication with the hosts was always quick and very friendly. The hosts also went to great lengths to list a super versatile recommendation of activities, restaurants and important addresses in the region. Everything was really ready, be it kitchen equipment or a small paddling pool for children. Everything was very clean, well maintained and lovingly furnished. The perfect accommodation in Bad Ems!

Christina was very accommodating and friendly. She always responded quickly and helped me with all inquiries. The property is as described and has everything you need. Particularly beautiful is the great view from the balcony on the 10th floor.
