Lake house holiday rentals in Mietingen

Our host Nina welcomed us with open arms and provided the wonderfully furnished rooms on the upper floor. I would describe Nina's house as an "open house", because in addition to the kitchen, other private spaces of the stylishly furnished house can also be used. As well as the beautiful garden and the private lake access. Nina also provided us with very good restaurant tips, there are really culinary highlights in the area. If the weather would have played along, it would have been a perfect holiday, so we unfortunately had a lot of rain and cold. But with the view from the living room you can also spend a rainy day on the cozy couch well.

Christian was extremely courteous. He even provided our friend with a private room for a short-term stay. Beautiful rooms and amenities - everything you need is available. Great garden. To finish, there was even the best, homemade pizza and excellent coffee👌. Christian was always easily accessible. A great person🙂. Glad to come back.

i have been here for the second time and will definitely come back. The Airbnb is in a good location in a beautiful environment. Christian is very personable and hospitable and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is clean and you are well equipped for simple dishes such as vegetable pan or pasta. However, it is not suitable for large or complicated cooking actions in my opinion, as it does not include an oven and does not have a sink. However, you can use the sink in the bathroom. The price-performance ratio is great and overall I can only recommend Airbnb:)

It was a very nice stay at Nina and Uli's house. The exchange before the trip worked out very well and I was even offered to pick me up at the train station and I was also taken to the train station. It's not self-evident. I was very warmly welcomed by Uli. Full of pride and with enthusiasm, he showed me the house and beautiful garden with his own piece of beach. He is an absolute person of heart and likes to share his home with his guests. It makes you feel right at home. You can tell that he loves being the host, lovingly taking care of the guests and also the house and the garden. The house and garden are very large and there are many beautiful places to stay. It's very quiet here and you can relax super. Especially in the beautiful garden. You have a great view of the lake and the Säntis from everywhere. Really great place, would highly recommend . We stayed 3 nights with family in Nina's house. Uli "took care" of us wonderfully and spent some time with us. We were there for my father's birthday and would have all liked to have stayed longer. The view and location are fantastic. With a lot of love for detail and design, the whole house is tastefully furnished. At any time with the possibility to retreat. The weather god did his very best, so we really had a fantastic extended weekend, in the house, garden and on the beach, with Uli and Nina. Unfortunately, we could not meet Nina personally, but the contact by phone was very warm every time. Beautiful accommodation and well organized by apartment. However, I would recommend anyone who cooks a lot to pack a few more kitchen utensils (sharp knife, puree staff, etc.). The kitchen was equipped with the most necessary but something was missing here and there. Otherwise, the stay was very comfortable.

Janin is a very nice and accommodating landlady. The house was great and just right for the weekend of our bachelor party. Absolutely again ☺️

Albert is a very friendly and accommodating host, he even picked me up from the train station and immediately gave me (several) tips on where to rent a bike;-) Furthermore, there was a coffee machine and a tea kettle in the hallway for the guests. The house is situated on the outskirts very idyllic and beautifully quiet. The city center can be easily reached in a few minutes on foot, by bus or, as in my case, by bike, in a few minutes. I was able to relax immediately and felt very comfortable right away. From the rich offer of the media library, everyone will find something for their taste if you want to chill or bridge possible rainy days. I highly recommend this place;-)

John is very friendly and always immediately available by phone or in person. The location of the house is great and is very central. Shopping, restaurants and the lake are just a few minutes away. It is very well maintained and clean.

Our JGA with 12 people stayed at Base Camp for 2 nights, we loved it! An experience that's pretty unrivaled in the region. The fact that we were late for check-in was not a problem at all, Karl is a very nice landlord who was always immediately available via mobile phone if we had questions or a problem. There is so much to do in the accommodation (legendary basement!) and in the city that we didn't even have a "boring" phase after the 2 nights, rather we would have to come back again to do the things we didn't have time for this time. Also for the uncomplicated handling when moving out (garbage, empties) 5 stars and thank you! It is quite clear when reading through the offer what is available and what to take care of yourself, and so we didn't miss anything at all. Of all the guests, thank you again to Karl and who knows when the next one of us needs a JGA. :)

The stay was super relaxed. The hosts very friendly and accommodating. We are happy to recommend it! Were mostly 4 in the accommodation, with 6 people it should be good and cozy. The sauna and the whirlpool rounded it all off perfectly 😊

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located directly on the lake shore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

The small cottage offers everything for a short break, super practical, also suitable for cooking meals. Quickly in Ulm, or other destinations in the area. We are very satisfied and can recommend the accommodation, thank you Roland

Janin is a very friendly hostess who cares very much about the well-being of the guests. If you have any questions or concerns, answered very quickly. We were even allowed to stay longer on the check-out day. The house is huge and offers all the amenities you could wish for. In particular, the seating area with its we were drawn to the sweeping furniture. Even in bad weather, there are plenty of opportunities to spread out in the spacious rooms. There is a very large garden, more like a small park with a swimming pond, which we did not use (on the one hand it was too fresh, but on the other hand the water is not inviting to swim in at the moment). Although there are two apartments, the two parties do not disturb each other, as the outdoor areas are partially separated from each other, each with their own seating and barbecue facilities. We enjoyed our stay here very much and can highly recommend the hostess, the house and its surroundings.

Communication in advance and during the stay was very prompt and friendly. The apartment's furnishings are exceptionally versatile, we found absolutely everything we needed. The large terrace with a lot of different garden furniture also provided enjoyment and relaxation. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and the connection is also excellent. All in all: we were completely thrilled and very satisfied and can recommend the apartment without reservation. If necessary, we will certainly come back.
