I highly recommend it! Very clean apartment, everything available. We met our host, a charming, rigorous and friendly man. Even though the location is in the heart of a crossroads, the apartment is very quiet inside and overlooks a private garden. In addition, there are several shops within a 5-minute walk and free parking in the surrounding streets.

In addition to the quality welcome offered by Jean-Marc and Nathalie, their accommodation is clean, functional and all amenities are within walking distance (small plus: gas station 1 minute away!). Ideal for a family of 3-4 people wishing to make the most of the activities around Buxerolles and in particular the visit of the Futuroscope (located 10-15 minutes by car). We recommend.

Anne-Carole's apartment is very nice, well laid out, tastefully decorated, clean and very well-equipped. The residence is secure and pleasant. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and it works perfectly. All the necessary equipment is available and Anne-Carole is a host who thinks about the comfort of her guests. We thank her and will be happy to come back for a future visit to the Futuroscope which is 15 min by car approx.. We recommend it.

One night at Nicolas's in this perfectly furnished studio on his land. I came for a sports competition so I needed peace and quiet and the accommodation was perfectly suited to my needs. Everything needed was available for cooking, washing and resting. Even if it is a sofa bed, its size is large and the mattress comfortable so no worries. The only downside could be a stay in summer with high heat, but it is always possible to leave the windows open.

Very nice apartment, very well located and JBMag very responsive and good advice. Small downside... the terrace is not at all appealing... filled with pigeon excrement not dating from the day before and the furniture is dead...

We had a great stay at the Bohème suite, the accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped. A big + for the cleanliness of the accommodation, which was very appreciable. Elliot is very available throughout the stay, he gave us all the instructions to access the accommodation and before leaving it, everything was very well explained. The only negative point: the road is noisy... but it's just a detail among everything else where there is nothing to say. Thank you, we will definitely come back if we pass through the area! 😊

A great stay! Very nice apartment, full center of poitiers, super convenient for family holidays! The rooms do not overlook the street so quiet (however we hear a few heavy steps coming from the apartment above!). The photos gave us the impression of a small apartment but in fact it looks bigger once in it! Spacious and well-equipped kitchen for cooking, great bathroom, very comfortable bedding, 2 small courtyards. We had a water leakage problem but it was restored quickly thanks to our responsive host!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Everything was perfect, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the massage table, and the pool which was really ideal. The accommodation is very clean, carefully decorated and really well equipped: towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, coffee… everything is designed to make you feel at home. A big thank you to Caroline who was very kind and responsive throughout our stay to answer our questions. The location is great, close to Poitiers and Futuroscope. Pleasant, quiet, spacious cottage with however some differences from the basic listing including the outdoor pool only available in June. Essentials are missing (soap, dishwashing and cleaning products, salt, pepper, extra toilet paper, and towels). One of the mattresses on the bunk bed is very uncomfortable but nothing to say about the others. We did not see the owner but when we had him on the phone, the exchange was nice. We had very great tranquility throughout the stay.
