Perfect for family gatherings Friendly dining area. Hyper center is a 5/10 minute walk even if the streets are on a slope Only downside is the parking lot the streets are very narrow and our car has been damaged. Bakery across the street a plus!

I had a great stay at Lynda's, who was a very nice, caring and responsive host. I asked her for a utensil I needed to cook and she came to bring it to me quickly. I found the apartment comfortable, consistent with its description. The bedding in the room was really ideal and I enjoyed the patio. I would recommend this host and their place. The warm welcome and the quality of the accommodation made my stay very pleasant.

Honestly? NO COMPLAINTS! This apartment is a GEM!! When you arrive on the street, you can ask yourself the question but once you get home....DINGUERIE! It is clean, neat, the decor is tastefully made and it is ultra equipped! Brand new oven and hobs (or almost!), microwave, there are enough dishes to eat at 15, the bathroom has been redone and is impeccably clean!!! On the corner a small grocery store. A little expensive but Mounir will serve you homemade Burgers and Hot dogs just too good! Futuroscope Park is 10 minutes away.... Everythingthat goes for this place!! Quite simply! Personally, we'll keep the address and we'll be back for sure. For those who will read this review....don't hesitate, go there without a second thought!! And thank you to Cyril for his responsiveness!!

A very efficient and practical place, especially good for a solo traveler. Antione was responsive within minutes to any question and the check in went very smoothly. It is in an excellent location close to the cultural center of the city and was on a quiet street. I recommend.

We had a great stay at the Bohème suite, the accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped. A big + for the cleanliness of the accommodation, which was very appreciable. Elliot is very available throughout the stay, he gave us all the instructions to access the accommodation and before leaving it, everything was very well explained. The only negative point: the road is noisy... but it's just a detail among everything else where there is nothing to say. Thank you, we will definitely come back if we pass through the area! 😊

A great stay! Very nice apartment, full center of poitiers, super convenient for family holidays! The rooms do not overlook the street so quiet (however we hear a few heavy steps coming from the apartment above!). The photos gave us the impression of a small apartment but in fact it looks bigger once in it! Spacious and well-equipped kitchen for cooking, great bathroom, very comfortable bedding, 2 small courtyards. We had a water leakage problem but it was restored quickly thanks to our responsive host!
