Ubicado en lo que era el balcón de una antigua mansión de 1912 declarada patrimonio histórico. En el mejor lugar de Mar del Plata (Mendoza y Av. Peralta Ramos, entre El Torreón y Playa Varese). El panorama de sus cuatro ventanales y su ambientación marinera permiten disfrutar de una hermosa estadía. Consta de los amenities imprescindibles, wi fi, libros, silletas de playa y sombrilla.
