Magnifique maison avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Il ne manque absolument rien. Un accueil chaleureux de Manuel, son Papa, qui habite juste à côté. Il a été d‘une grande générosité et gentillesse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’échange que nous avons pu avoir avec lui. Nous aurions mis le double de points si nous aurions pu. Si on passe à nouveau dans la région nous n’hésiterons pas de revenir.

Uno de los mejores Airbnb en los que me he alojado, sin duda. El apartamento es simplemente espectacular: amplio, decorado con gusto, lleno de luz y con todas las comodidades que puedas imaginar. Si vuelvo a Valencia, repetiré sin pensarlo. Olga ha sido una anfitriona de 10: amable, flexible y con una comunicación fluida y superfácil desde el primer momento. Se nota que cuida hasta el más mínimo detalle para que te sientas como en casa. Fuimos con una peque y fue ideal: escaleras seguras, trona, cuna, bañera, ¡hasta pañales y toallitas! Las camas son comodísimas y el sofá... Es de esos lugares que no quieres dejar. Ha superado todas las expectativas del grupo! Gracias por una estancia tan perfecta, Olga :)

Great stay! Francisco was very responsive and friendly and even found us a local shop recommendation when we had a flat tire. I would highly recommend it! It is very close to the metro which makes it easy to get around and there are markets nearby which makes it really convenient. Apartment was cozy and my family had a great stay!

My wife and I travelled to Valencia for treatment at IVI and needed to extend our trip at short notice and were looking for a place to stay a short drive from the clinic. Paloma answered all of my questions immediately and the booking was sorted within minutes! For the next week this home became our refuge and Paloma’s support and kindness was immeasurable. We felt instantly at home here. The place was very well taken care of and full of character. As collectors ourselves, we were delighted by the antiques and art. It felt like a museum full of discovery. Paloma was super responsive, always very helpful and replied to all questions and requests immediately. She was accommodating and flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location was beautiful, walkable in all directions with no shortage of activities. There was even a 5k running track starting at the flat and following along the bio park which was such a joy for me. As a woman, the area felt safe at all times.

Appartamento come in foto, tutto nuovo e pulito, la cucina/tavolo da pranzo sono piccolini ma noi abbiamo mangiato il 4 senza problemi. Il quartiere è tranquillo con diversi negozi di alimentari nei dintorni. Molto comodo a bus e metro. Pilar ci ha dato indicazioni chiare ed è stata disponibile.

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento con un gruppo di 8 amici e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è molto bella, curata nei dettagli e pulitissima, perfetta per un soggiorno in compagnia. Anche se non abbiamo incontrato di persona la proprietaria, è sempre stata disponibile e puntuale nel rispondere alle nostre domande, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La posizione è un po’ fuori dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile: circa 15 minuti in taxi oppure 40 minuti con i mezzi pubblici.

Herzensempfehlung! ❤️ Javier ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben - sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Es ist alles Wichtige vorhanden und sollte etwas fehlen, besorgt Javier dies sofort. Javier wusste , dass wir mit unserem Baby anreisen und es war alles vorbereitet (Bett, Hochstuhl und sogar Spielzeug). Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die schönen Tage bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! ☀️

Studio agréable, bien équipé et situé dans un quartier accessible, proche des stations de bus, métro et même à pied de plusieurs sites touristiques. Le logement est propre et bien tenu. J'y ai séjourné seule et en toute sécurité, ce qui est très rassurant. À noter la présence d’un bar en face qui peut générer un peu de bruit en soirée, mais cela s’arrête généralement vers minuit. Je recommande vivement ce logement à Valencia !

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w apartamencie. Mieszkanie czyste, wszystkie udogodnienia wypisane w ogłoszeniu dostępne. Dużym atutem było miejsce w podziemnym parkingu. Świetna komunikacja z właścicielką, podała szczegółowe instrukcje dotyczące procesu zameldowania, w krótkim czasie odpowiada na pytania. Lokalizacja mieszkania skomunikowana z centrum miasta - kilka przystanków autobusowych w pobliżu, nieco dalej stacja metra. Większy sklep spożywczy Mercadona blisko apartamentu. Polecam :)

Un excellent petit appartement mais très bien équipé. les contacts, du début à la fin ont été parfait et l'accueil très amical. Une confiance réciproque digne de mention. L'emplacement est très calme, l'immeuble aussi. La possibilité de stationner dans le garage est un énorme plus. Station de tram à 5 minutes à pied. J'ai passé une dizaine de jours et de nuits reposants. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour personne seule ou couple. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi.

La habitación está muy cerca de la parada del bus, Aline es muy atenta y servicial. Me dio buenos tips para comer y pasear. Estuve poco tiempo en Valencia, pero la pasé muy bien.

We had an incredible stay at this apartment! Close to lots of shops, in an accessible area for public transport and the best hosts, that were so considerate and welcoming - truly a perfect place for a quick trip. It was clean, safe and cozy, with all the amenities you could need. I will definitely stay again if we come back. Thank you Gabriel, we had the best time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Reyes appartement. It is super clean, the bed is comfortable and Reyes is very sweet and helpful. If you come by car, you must be informed, that the parking space is very small though. Can highly recommend to stay at Reyes and hope we can come back sometime.

We had a lovely stay at Harald’s place in Valencia. The apartment was really nice, with great views and everything we needed. It was in a brilliant location, close to loads of great food spots. (We went to Chick Shack twice!) Everything felt easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The apartment is beautiful. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks Harald!

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the square. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Desiré is an excellent host who provided lots of very helpful information regarding transport, places to see and restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended and we would definitely return.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Pilar’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with kids. The location was perfect—just a short walk to public transportation, which made it super easy to explore all the sights around the city. The host was fantastic—very friendly, thoughtful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. They even gave us some great local tips that made our trip extra special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting Valencia. A truly enjoyable and hassle-free experience!

Schöne, herzige, gemütliche und saubere Wohnung mit Meersicht am Strand von Patacona mit diversen Restaurants. Die Wohnung war warm dekoriert und mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Emma war sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles.

Apartamento impecável e 100% funcional. Estava tudo muito limpo e o apartamento é ainda melhor do que nas fotos. Eva foi muito solicita, me deixou fazer o check in mais cedo e respondia com agilidade. O apartamento tem todos os utensílios e amenidades disponíveis e tudo estava funcionando muito bem. Localização excelente! Voltaria com certeza!
