Loved my 2 week stay here. Walked every day at the beach which was barely a block away. Comfortable home. Aaron was very relaxed and super communicative. Loved that I parked my car when I arrived and didn’t get back in it until the day I left.

This is the first time of this year we stayed at Shawn's house. Yes! We basically stay at Shawn's house 3 to 4 times per year, his house is in a very good location, few minutes drive to everything, nice yard for dogs, clean and comfortable living space. There's nothing we can complain about. We've booked another trip and can't wait to go there again.

We loved staying here. It was perfect for our family right on the beach and boardwalk. Very beautiful! I would recommend this place for anyone who loves the beach. Hosts were great and responsive!

My family really enjoyed staying here. The place is larger inside than you would expect - six adults fit very comfortably. Access to the beach is easy, and the large table on the first floor was perfect for playing games. The TV on the second floor was great for watching movies together. The primary bedroom and bathroom are nicely sized, and all the beds are comfortable. The nearby Pacific Beach location gave us access to excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would love to stay here again.

Great location and very well kept. Beach bungalow/ cabin vibe. Walking distance to anything and everything around Ocean Beach, which is so fun and lively but still peaceful! The cliffs down the road are a bit dangerous and windy but with the right shoes, so worth the views. We didn’t realize the hot tub was shared with 2 other units on the property but we got lucky and had no trouble using it when others weren’t and barely noticed our neighbors- they were very quiet. Owners were great and responded within seconds!

This was our second stay at this property. It was so great the first visit, we wanted to stay here again. The location is amazing! So close to Liberty Station, which has great restaurants, bars and shopping. Also a short drive to Little Italy. The property is dog friendly, and our 2 German Shepherds loved it! The yard wraps around the house and is fully fenced and safe for dogs. It's a very nice and clean casita set back from the main house, so there is a lot of privacy. The hosts are always very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!

This is such a gem located just a few blocks from Ocean Beach. You can’t beat the price/location. We didn’t have to move our car all weekend, everything we needed was walking distance to Edwin’s place.

Great experience staying at this cozy spot! Clear instructions, really flexible host, and wonderful stay and experience overall. Would definitely do it again and recommend to friends!

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Anthony’s apartment was just what I needed for my adult son and me. 2 twin beds in the living room worked well as another bedroom without the cost of a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is small but had all we needed to make bfast in the mornings. Helpful to have a parking spot in back and washer dryer in unit. I really enjoyed the location next to an urban park, pretty neighborhood for walks, and short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Anthony was super helpful when we arrived.

Wonderful place for a family visiting. Definitely check it out if you are visiting UCSD student.

Stay at Katri’s was great. Had delicious cookies waiting for us when we checked in, which was a breeze. House was spacious and entire lot was very big. Pool was great and even after we had told them that no heated pool would be necessary, Mother Nature had a different idea and gave us some more than unexpected chilly weather, so they had no problem throwing the heater on for us. Freeway in the background was hardly a noise problem for us personally. Just far enough that it didn’t affect us, and was nice to see what our morning commute was going to be like. Brought two dogs with the group that absolutely loved everything (after one of them finally got over his fear of the staircase). All in all a great stay in a great neighborhood. Cant comment more how quickly they responded to us in the days leading up to the trip, and while we were there. Great hosts!

We loved our stay at Mari Katherine’s Airbnb for a girl’s weekend in SD! It is a beautiful home that was spacious and thoughtfully designed and decorated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The home feels private, but was in a fantastic location in North Park that was easily walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Mari Katherine sent clear instructions leading up to our stay, so the logistics of check in were clear and easy! When some logistical challenges came up during our stay, Mari Katherine was very responsive (even late in the evening) and offered solutions - we would be thrilled to visit again!

We loved our stay, Bruce was so friendly and very accommodating. We had quite a large group stay there, 2 of my kiddos included- Bruce had a little bucket of toys to play with for them which was such a nice surprise. The house was clean and everything in working order. While we were there, most of our time was spent outside in the beautiful backyard where there was such a great vibe! We’d for sure stay here again next time we’re in San Diego!

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

We had a great stay at Tigg’s place. It was easy to get around, very walkable to get food or go to the beach. The studio had everything we needed. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Georgie’s airbnb is beautiful and in a great location in Ocean Beach. There’s plenty to do nearby and easy to walk to. We had some trouble sleeping due to noise from airplanes, but this has less to do with Georgie’s Airbnb specifically and more to do with the proximity to the airport.

This was the perfect spot for a few days near the beach, and I would definitely stay again. There was a bit of confusion with check-in, but that was because the app was glitchy, not because of anything the host did. And the host was responsive immediately. We were even able to check in earlier than the regular check in time. The place is beautiful and perfect for me and my dog. Super close to the beach, easy parking, and I love that the yard was fully fenced in so my dog could run around to her heart’s content. Patio set up was lovely and I worked from there every morning. Will definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this home! Literally just steps away from the beach and so many restaurants! The home was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need! The beds were comfortable and the home was spacious! Also, the home was stocked with all the beach necessities which was awesome that we didn’t have to bring those things! Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon and even bikes! We had so much fun and can’t wait to visit again!

We had an amazing time during our recent stay! Having the sliding glass doors opened and sitting out on the patio with the amazing view was the best part of our stay! The place is compact but has everything you need, not a ton of bathroom privacy FYI, but we made it work. Communication was amazing and lightening quick. We also loved that bike & beach gear rental was included. High walkability to bars, shops, and restaurants! Just book it!

We had a fantastic stay at Travis’s place in Pacific Beach! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and everything you’d want for a laid-back San Diego getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had a relaxed, beachy vibe that made us feel right at home. Travis was a great host—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in San Diego. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house itself is beautifully appointed, sparkling clean, and so comfortable—we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The front yard and patio are nothing short of amazing, especially with our four furry “babies” in tow—it was so convenient to let them stretch their legs safely. Having a hose on the patio to rinse off sandy paws after the beach was a small detail that made a huge difference. Speaking of which, the proximity to the dog beach was perfect, and our senior pup appreciated the easy access. We also loved being within a short, pleasant stroll of great restaurants and shops. Our hosts were warm, attentive, and incredibly quick to respond to any questions or requests. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and will absolutely be back the next time we’re in the area!
