Resort holiday rentals in Mississippi River

Place was very nice! Very clean. Beds were firm and comfortable. Only complaint is you can hear footsteps from the people one floor above.

Jackie and John are wonderful hosts. They made us feel like family. The location is very convenient to get to EAA.

place was fresh and very clean. walkable distance to all the bars and nightlife. I loved that there was a menu to the restaurant next door it really wrapped the night up great.

This place looked just like the photos - spectacular view of a beautiful lake and very cozy & clean. The hosts welcomed us with big smiles. The room was clean and comfortable and we slept with the windows open and listened to the waves lapping. Free kayaks, canoes and paddle boats were there for us to use. In the morning there were donuts, fruit and coffee & tea for us. 100% recommend this place and I hope I’ll return some day.

Perfect for our big fam! Everyone was able to spread out, put a pack n play in one bathroom & used the other, easy! Mattress was SO comfortable! Resort accommodation & activities were so fun & free it was hard to go sight seeing! We requested a room near the pool, perfect! Gym was a big plus too! We hope to stay again!

Amazing experience for for myself, my son, and my mother. We experienced the fun of the resort, the peace of the location on the water, the Joy of sunsets in the doc, clean water to look into, and fish catching right out in front of the resort...We rented their boats, close enough to town still for any supplies and even to order food for delivery from town one night. For any runners, the road along the lake and how far you can travel on it is a paradise. Great experience!

This was the perfect home base to attend the EAA! We were within an easy and scenic 20 minute drive to Osh Kosh - the Blue Jay Resort reminded me of traveling across America when I was a kid- family owned, sitting on a river in a quaint boating community, very peaceful and nostalgic. Comfortable bed and there is a Dollar Tree in town if you need simply groceries in your kitchen- the resort bait shop also has snacks and supplies. They also have boats for rent if you want to get out there and enjoy the Wolf River- We will definitely stay here when we are back this way- 100% recommend.

This was such a beautiful place to stay. Our suite was so so nice and in the perfect location in Branson. Suite Life communicated super quickly with us and made all check in instructions with the host very clear. We would definitely stay here again!

Great trip! The cabin was fantastic. Amanda was very responsive to all questions that came up. They run a fantastic resort that is perfect for a family getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and well maintained. The pools and hot tubs were exceptional. We were close to all the attractions we planned to visit. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice place that felt cozy and comfortable. The only issue was the initial check in as far as locating the front office. But beyond that it was very easy to get to and was just what we were looking for.

We have stayed at this resort many times, just never through Airbnb. It is an older resort that is being bought by Hilton. We are an older couple, so the room was great for us. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen and roomy bathroom. We were asked to do a presentation, but when we declined they were not “pushy.” Well worth the price.

We absolutely loved this place. So much space, It was actually more like 2 separate apartments connected by adjoining doors. The smaller room was still spacious, with its own bathroom, king size bed, a sleeper sofa, and a kitchenette (with its own set of dishes). The larger apartment, which is joined by connecting doors, has a large kitchen (with plenty of dishes for 4, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker), large living room/sitting area with sleeper sofa, another large bathroom sth two separate sinks and a shower, and a master bedroomwith a jetted tub. There was also a com.unity pool, but I dont have any feedback on that since we didn'tspend any time there. There were definately plenty of people enjoying it though, so I believe it was a heated pool. They also provided pool towels, small shampoo/conditioner, soap, small dish soap, hair dryer, trash bags, coffee. We loved our stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

The unit was a nice size and felt clean and inviting. The facilites were nicely kept and adequate for a small resort. We also enjoy the nearby towns and lake activities.

We had a fantastic stay at this Lake Delavan Airbnb! The lakefront view was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset — truly a perfect backdrop for relaxing evenings. The property was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made us feel right at home. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

This condo at the resort was perfect for a cozy Valentine's weekend getaway. The area was generally quiet. The furniture and decor was clean, cozy, and welcoming. The kitchen was immaculate and had many things you could need. The view was beautiful even in winter. We could only find 1 remote even though there was a tc in the living room and bedroom. It worked on both TVs though. The lights and switches were a little confusing, so might be helpful to have labels or instructions to help with those.

Such a beautiful and clean resort. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We wished we our stay was longer as we enjoyed this property so much. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property if visiting Delevan WI. Thank you so much.

My husband and I took a mini vacay to this location. we have never been here before. it was so beautiful even it being winter time. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The game room was also a nice plus! The room itself was nicely kept. We will definitely be back!

It was lovely. We were on the quiet side but still had a great view of the lake from the patio. I love that it had an indoor and outdoor pool. We were looking for something low-key and peaceful for our 15th anniversary and we found it!
