Our house is an extremely comfortable house in a protected area in the center of Ayvalik. A stylish, cozy space is created by putting together antiques and modern items. The use of the garden is exclusive for our guests. There is a teak dining and sofa set in the garden. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils in the house. You can cook with pleasure, or you can walk to the bazaar , restaurants and entertainment venues, explore the historical texture of the city and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

We have never altered the exterior of the stone houses in Behramkale, which is entirely an archaeological site. We designed the interiors of these buildings, the youngest of which is a century old, to meet your indispensable habits. It is your choice to ponder "should it be or not" in the inner courtyard or to seek the answer to the question "did I love you like that, did I love you like this" in the backyard. You can watch the sunrise from our garden and the sunset from the temple. All the best.

It is a decent place located 50 meters from the beach and the pier, has a private parking and an electric vehicle charging station, has a grocery store, a greengrocer and a bus station right in front, where you can enjoy a barbecue in the garden, away from the noise.

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

HerbaFarm Loft

A honeymoon house with a sunset view of the island of Lesbos and the unique Aegean Sea, with a kitchen, living room, terrace downstairs; a bathroom and a double bed upstairs. It can also be suitable for families with one child with an extra bed if desired. The village beach is 500 meters from our house. There are straw umbrellas on the beach, a pier and a ladder to the sea. The sea water is cool and clean. The beach is rocky. You can see it in detail in the additional photos
