Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mitte

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

The apt was great. Very roomy and comfortable, and a great location. Would highly recommend!

FANTASTIC apartment with wonderful host! Our family of six comfortably stayed. Easy 10-15 minute walk to many attractions. S Bahn stop within a few minutes walk to further destinations. Lots of local restaurants and coffee shops. HUGE living room - dining room made family gatherings in the evening fun. Spotless bathroom etc. Incredibly quiet and we all slept great. Felt super safe in the neighborhood. Highly recommend and perfect for a family.

This place is an amazing, charming, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very clean, cozy and spacious. Our family felt very at home! Ludger and his team were very responsive to our questions. We definitely would rebook with them next trip back in a year or so. Thank you for hospitality!

Super gelegene Unterkunft, direkt am Mauerpark. Denns BioMarkt direkt nebenan, für das schnelle Frühstück. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder - ideal, wenn man sich nicht so auf die Pelle rücken möchte!

Helle und freundliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Schöne Lage, mittendrin und doch erholsam (neben Park), Tramlinie direkt vor der Haustüre. Check-in tiptop instruiert, alles wie angegeben. Wir haben auch sehr gut geschlafen.

Guido’s home was a dream stay from beginning to end. The kind attention received with every detail was of the highest service and care. The home well, truly a restful haven in the middle of the coolest neighborhood in Berlin with so much to do. Highly recommended to any discerning traveler. We already miss it!

A very lovely, quiet place to stay in beautiful surroundings. My two young kids loved entertaining themselves the toys and there was plenty of space. I loved to have a cup of coffee in the beautiful dining room looking out on the garden. The grocery store around the corner was very convenient. The home is just as lovely at the pictures and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Berlin. The host was kind and responsive.

Meine Freunde und ich haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt. Matthias hat das Haus sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es gab vor Ort wirklich alles was wir brauchten, zB in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche. Alles war sehr sauber und die Anbindung zu dem Haus ist wirklich gut, vom Berliner Zentrum ist man mit der U-Bahn und dem Bus schnell beim Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Matthias war einfach, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit. Ich kann das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Myself and 3 friends had the pleasure of staying at Clay Gardens for 4 nights. The house was amazing and had everything and more that you will need. House was immaculate with great facilities. Supermarket was close by with easy access to public transport also. Thomas was a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly. Thank you Thomas!

Wir wollten 5 Tage Berlin erleben und dabei morgens und abends etwas Ruhe in der Natur finden. Und genau das war in dem niedlichen Haus mit Garten von Dagmar super möglich. Wir hatten auch unseren Hund dabei, der den Garten, den Park direkt vor der Gartentür und den nahen See sehr geliebt hat. Genau wie wir. Selbst meine beiden Teenies - 19 und 15 Jahre - waren sehr begeistert. Klar, das Häuschen ist nicht unbedingt luxuriös, das liegt einfach am Baujahr, aber das brauchten wir auch gar nicht. Einige Details haben uns wirklich verzückt, z.b. die doppelten Fenster. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und traumhaft. Übrigens haben wir unser Auto stehen lassen und sind bequem mit Bus und Bahn in die Stadt gefahren. Im Garten gibt es sogar eine Lagerfeuerstelle mit Sitzbänken und einen Kugelgrill. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, selbst einer Waschmaschine. Dagmar ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir können sie und ihr Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Andreas ist ein super Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar und war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde immer wieder gern das Haus mieten. Das Haus ist für eine große Gruppe passend. Danke Andreas

We always enjoy staying here. The beds are comfortable and there is space to chill. There is enough kitchen equipment to cook a meal. There is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs if the weather is good enough to eat outside.

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Lovely, well located space. Hans communicated clearly and the space was very comfy and the proximity to the Spree and other parts of Berlin was perfect. Would stay again!

Super netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter check-in, auf Nachfrage auch ein etwas späterer Checkout möglich gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und dazu ein super bequemes Bett und eine schöne ruhige Terrasse. Beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder!

A great, spacious apartment in a peaceful suburb. The instructions given by Mark were excellent, and he was very helpful when I had to call him directly about something. The sushi bar around the corner was a real treat too

Wunderschönes Wochenende mit der Familie in Berlin verbracht: die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen und bietet genug Raum für Spiel und Spaß mit 4 Teenagern (Billardraum!). Drumherum sind so viele Restaurants und Cafes, dass wir kaum selber gekocht haben. Eine klare Empfehlung und gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as stated and shown in the photos. All the amenities we needed and more were provided. The place was super clean, comfortable, beautiful, and close to most, if not all, key locations. Frank was great and very helpful. We especially loved the orange juice! Totally recommend!!

We loved staying at Dan and Robert‘s apartment. It was meticulously clean and visually stimulating. We enjoyed watching the action on the street from the fourth floor. Surprisingly, the apartment is very quiet for an urban location. All the furnishings were comfortable and absolutely everything worked. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and laid out. The hosts were always extremely responsive and welcoming. Robert gave us excellent gallery recommendations and we so appreciated his expertise. We absolutely loved our one month stay in this splendid department. There is great transit, wonderful restaurants, groceries, excellent coffee, shops within easy walking distance. Prenzlauerberg is a magical place with lots of street trees, interesting shopping, excellent dining, and a very nice vibe. We would highly recommend this apartment to anybody on a visit to Berlin. It’s exceptional. Don’t hesitate to book this unique and visually attractive apartment.
