The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and up to 6 years we do not charge any extra costs. Please simply note this in the text when making the request. The visitor's tax is between €2.20 and max. €3.00 per adult depending on the season and with the guest card there are some discounts.

The open floor plan, modern materials and sophisticated LED lighting design make the apartment a bright and cozy retreat. The 3 rooms offer very high-quality amenities with modern smart home technology, electric curtains and underfloor heating as well as air conditioning. A public charging facility for electric cars is located in the village.

The 40 m² apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.
