The 1-bedroom apartment was fully renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you are in untouched nature in a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and up to 6 years we do not charge any extra costs. Please simply note this in the text when making the request. The visitor's tax is between €2.20 and max. €3.00 per adult depending on the season and with the guest card there are some discounts.

May chalet - Das Barbara

In the middle of the forest in Neuleutasch lies this gem for your soul. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.

Between mountains and Lüftlmalerei in Mittenwald

The one-room apartment was renovated and equipped in 2024 based on the experience of our apartment next door, which has been offered since 2014. Centrally located - just ten minutes from the train station and idyllic town center - it takes a few minutes to get to the almost untouched nature. The apartment has its own terrace, access to the garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and we do not charge any additional costs up to the age of six.

Small but high quality and fine, that's our newest apartment. The modern kitchen and cozy dining area invite you to prepare breakfast and small meals. A seating area for dining is also located on the balcony. The bathroom with shower and toilet is elegantly and modernly designed. The sleeping area looks particularly cozy due to the sloping roof and the adjacent small seating area. The balcony with direct views of the Karwendel is facing east.
