The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, a private outside sitting area, parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. Welcome to our cozy log cabin in the Bavarian Alps. We built this log cabin with a lot of love for detail, as this is our profession. The log cabin is located near our carpentry shop and small farm and is located in the middle of the village. Please note: it is not on a mountain or on an alpine pasture. The village is alive! From your window, you can occasionally watch a new log cabin being prepared. Here you can experience country life up close!
