Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Apartment Nesterl The way to the special apartment is a bit steep with 24%, but it is well worth it. The newly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday apartment is built with natural materials made of wood and stone. The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. The log cabin is esconced in nature, surrounded by forest and meadows. Also ideal for dog owners. A small guesthouse is nearby and can be used for breakfast. You'll love my place because of the healthy wood construction, tasteful kitchen-living room, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views, fresh air. My place is nice for couples.

100 years old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Special care was taken with regard to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, waste wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cosy little house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.
