The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

A spacious outdoor area is featured, showcasing a well-maintained garden with a small play structure, including a slide and climbing feature. Surrounding trees provide shade, while an inviting wooden gazebo and grassy spaces invite relaxation and play.

On the ground floor of the house there is an equipped kitchenette, dining room and a large sofa set with TV. On the first floor there are two quadruple rooms, on the second floor two triple rooms and on the third floor a cozy attic room for four people. There are two bathrooms with 3 massage tubs. The price does not include towels, only bed linen.

Perfect location for families, because it is very quiet, close to Döbeln, but still you have many nearby attractions, such as the castle and dam Kriebstein, Leisnig Castle and the new Karls Erdbeerhof. The A14 is about 5 minutes' drive away. Make yourself at home. All of our daughter's toys can be used. The large southwest terrace invites you to sunbathe.
