Das Ferienhaus hat 160 qm Wohnfläche und 5 Schlafzimmer für 10 plus 2 Personen. Es liegt mitten im Leipziger Neuseenland am Hainer See 20 km südlich von Leipzig. Kernstück des Hauses ist ein 70 qm großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit riesigen Fenstern, langer Esstafel und Kaminofen. Es gibt zwei große Terrassen, von der oberen hat man einen Blick weit über den See. Das Haus wurde bewusst für gesellige Tage im größeren Kreis konzipiert. Für die Kinder gibt es viele Bücher, Spielzeug und einen Spielboden.

Hier kann die ganze Familie entspannen. Wir vermieten unsere Stadtvilla, während unserer Urlaubsreisen. Perfekte Lage für Familien, denn es liegt sehr ruhig, nahe Döbeln, aber trotzdem hat man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, wie die Burg und Talsperre Kriebstein, Burg Leisnig und der neue Karls Erdbeerhof. Die A14 ist ca. 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause. Sämtliches Spielzeug unserer Tochter kann mitbenutzt werden. Die große Südwestterrasse lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein.

5 Sterne – Absolut empfehlenswert! Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage war ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Es war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt, und während unseres Aufenthalts war die Erreichbarkeit immer gegeben, falls wir Fragen hatten. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos und unkompliziert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Liebe zum Detail in der Unterkunft. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Komfort und Wohlfühlatmosphäre gelegt wird. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. The house itself is an old beautiful castle like surrounded by lots of grass and space for my friend’s dog to run through and play. The room was very bright with lots of air and it was all very clean and inviting :) The people working there were very kind , helpful and smiling. We felt very comfortable and could recharge well 🌷

Wir waren den 2.Sommer hier in der Villa, dieses Mal in Zimmer 4, mit Balkon und Kühlschrank. Wir haben diesen Luxus sehr genossen. Meist hatten wir die Villa nur für uns, wenn andere Gäste mit vielen/ kleinen Kindern kommen, geht es natürlich laut zu und bis spät in die Nacht. Von Chomutov aus haben wir viel außerhalb unternommen, aber auch in Chomutov ist es wunderschön. Wir kommen gern wieder.
